| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการโปรแกรมพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนรัฐบาลระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามส่งไปยังครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนรัฐบาลระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 56 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมาทั้งหมด ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามวิธีสถิติโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย แล้วนำเสนอในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า โรงเรียนรัฐบาลระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่มีการจัดโปรแกรมพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนดังนี้ โครงการสอนพลศึกษาในโรงเรียน และโครงการแข่งขันกีฬาภายในโรงเรียนจัดทุกโรงเรียน ส่วนโครงการแข่งขันกีฬาภายนอกและระหว่างโรงเรียน กับโครงการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อนันทนาการจัดเป็นส่วนมาก ส่วนโครงการจัดกิจกรรมพิเศษสำหรับนักเรียนที่อปกติมีจัดน้อยมาก สำหรับปัญหาในการจัดและดำเนินการโปรแกรมพลศึกษาในโรงเรียน ได้แก่ อุปกรณ์มีไม่เพียงพอกับจำนวนนักเรียน ขาดหนังสือและตำราที่ใช้ประกอบการเรียนการสอน ขาดความรู้ในการซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ ขาดอุปกรณ์ทางเทคนิค และเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ ในการจัดกิจกรรมพลศึกษา |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to investigate the problems of organizing and conducting the physical education program in Chiang Mai government secondary schools. Questionnaires were constructed and sent to 56 physical education teachers. All of them were returned. The data were then analyzed in terms of percentages and means. It was found that all of schools in Chiang Mai organized and conducted class instructional program and intramural program. But interscholastic program, recreational program and adapted physical education program were found with less frequency. The main problems of organizing and conducting physical education programs were : insufficient equipment, lack of handbooks and textbook for physical education teachers, lack of knowledge in [repairing] equipment, and lack of technical equipment and [facilities] for organizing and conducting physical education activities. |
