| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนวิชากฎหมาย ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนมัธยมอาชีวะ แผนกพาณิชกรรม ของอาจารย์วิชากฎหมายและนักเรียนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย สุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรซึ่งเป็นอาจารย์วิชากฎหมาย จำนวน 35 คน และนักเรียนจำนวน 359 คน จากโรงเรียนมัธยมอาชีวะ แผนกพาณิชกรรมที่เปิดสอนวิชากฎหมาย ปีการศึกษา 2521 เฉพาะในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 20 โรงเรียน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ( Simple Random Sampling) ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนวิชากฎหมาย ในระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพที่สร้างขึ้นเอง เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลข (X̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่า Z เป็นรายข้อและนำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปของตารางประกอบความเรียง สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. เมื่อพิจาณาเปรียบเทียบโดยส่วนรวมแล้ว อาจารย์โรงเรียนรัฐบาล และอาจารย์โรงเรียนราษฎร์มีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนวิชากฎหมายไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ในจำนวน 68 ข้อ จากจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 93 ข้อ เมื่อพิจารณาเปรียบเทียบโดยส่วนรวมแล้ว อาจารย์และนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนวิชากฎหมาย ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ในจำนวน 60 ข้อ จากจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 93 ข้อ 2. ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนวิชากฎหมายของอาจารย์โรงเรียนรัฐบาล และอาจารย์โรงเรียนราษฎร์ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ในทุกหัวข้อของการเรียนการสอนวิชากฎหมาย 3. ความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์และนักเรียนไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05 ในเรื่องความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับอาจารย์ นักเรียน หลักสูตรและเนื้อหาวิชากฎหมาย แบบเรียนวิชากฎหมาย เทคนิควิธีสอนและกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05 ในเรื่องการเตรียมการสอน การวัดและการประเมินผลและสื่อการสอน |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes: The purposes of this research were to investigate and compare the opinions of teachers and. pupils concerning law Instruction at the Certificate of Vocational Education Level in Vocational Secondary Schools, Commercial Section, in Bangkok Metropolis. Procedures : The samples consisting of 35 teachers and 357 pupils were randomly selected from 20 Vocational Secondary Schools, Commercial Section, which offered Law courses during the school year 1979. A questionair concerning Law Instruction constructed by the author was administered. Means, Standard deviation and Z – test were computed. The results were presented descriptively. Results: The opinions of teachers in Public Schools and teachers in Private Schools concerning Law Instruction on sixty-eight item out of 93 did not differ significantly at the .05 level. The opinions of teachers and pupils concerning Lew Instruction on sixty items out of 93 did not differ significantly at the .05 level. 2. The opinions concerning Law Instruction of teachers in Public Schools and in Private Schools did not differ significantly at the .05 level on most item concerning Law Instruction 3. The opinions of teachers and pupils that were rated undifferently (Z < .05) were as follow: opinions concerning teachers, pupils, curriculum and contents, instructional media, teaching technique used and co-curricular activities, The opinions of teachers and pupils that were rated differently (Z >.05) were as follow: Opinions concerning preparation of instruction, measurment and evaluation, instructional media. |
