| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์หลักของวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ก็เพื่อทำการศึกษาถึงอัตราผลตอบแทนจากการทำสวนองุ่นในจังหวัดนครปฐม และได้ใช้วิธีการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงคัดเลือก ชาวสวนองุ่นที่ได้รับความสำเร็จในอำเภอสามพราน จำนวน 5 ราย ขนาดพื้นที่ 15 ไร่, 20 ไร่, 30ไร่, 40 ไร่, และ 50 ไร่, เพื่อทำการศึกษา ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ตามแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์อัตราผลตอบแทนได้อาศัยหลักเกณฑ์ของมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน และงวดระยะเวลาคืนทุน โดยใช้อัตราส่วนลด 12%, 18%, และ 25% และได้กำหนดราคาขายไว้กิโลกรัมละ ระหว่าง 11 – 20 บาท ผลที่สำคัญจากการวิเคราะห์ ปรากฏว่า กรณีสวนองุ่นตัวอย่าง ขนาดพื้นที่ปลูก 15 ไร่ อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (ระยะ 5 ปี) ที่ได้รับจะเท่ากับ 44.04%, 66.54%, 78.84%, 86.57%, และ 93.96% ในกรณีขายได้กิโลกรัมละ 11 บาท, 13 บาท, 15 บาท, 17 บาท, และ 20 บาท ตามลำดับ กรณีสวนองุ่นตัวอย่าง ขนาดพื้นที่ปลูก 30 ไร่ อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (ระยะ 5ปี) ที่ได้รับจะเท่ากับ 68.60%, 81.32%, 88.99%,94.15%, และ 99.34% ในกรณีขายได้กิโลกรัมละ 11 บาท, 13 บาท, 15 บาท, 17 บาท, และ 20 บาท ตามลำดับ กรณีสวนองุ่นตัวอย่าง ขนาดพื้นที่ปลูก 40 ไร่ อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (ระยะ 4 ปี) ที่ได้รับจะเท่ากับ 84.32%, 93.88%, 100.21%, 104.78%, และ 109.45% ในกรณีขายได้กิโลกรัมละ 11 บาท, 13 บาท, 15 บาท, 17บาท, และ 20 บาท, ตามลำดับ กรณีสวนองุ่นตัวอย่าง ขนาดพื้นที่ปลูก 50 ไร่ อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (ระยะ 5 ปี) ที่ได้รับจะเท่ากับ 51.28%, 70.48%, 81.44%, 88.53% และ 95.45% ในกรณีขายได้กิโลกรัมละ 11 บาท , 13 บาท, 15 บาท, 17 บาท, และ 20 บาท ตามลำดับ เนื่องจากการทำสวนองุ่น มีความเสี่ยงและต้องลงทุนสูง ทำให้ชาวสวนต้องเร่งคืนทุนรวดเร็วงวดระยะเวลาคืนทุนจึงมักจะสั้น โดยปกติแล้วเป็นปีที่สอง จากผลการศึกษาพอสรุปได้ว่า อัตราผลตอบแทนแท้จริงสูงกว่าอัตราส่วนลดที่ใช้คำนวณมากแสดงว่าการทำสวนองุ่นเป็นธุรกิจที่ควรแก่การลงทุนที่มี เงินทุนและมีความชำนาญในการทำสวนองุ่น |
| Other Abstract: | The main objective of this thesis is to determine the rate of return on grape growing in Nakhon Pathom Province. Five successful grape growers were selected by purposive sampling technique from Amphur Sampran for interviewing. The “Net Present Value” “Internal Rate of Return” and “Payback Perios” methods were used in the analysis of rate of return. The discount rates of 12%, 18% and 25% and the selling price level between 11-20 Baht/kg. were used in the analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows: In the 15 rai case, the internal rate of return in a period of five years are 44.04%, 66.54, 78.84, 86.57% and 93.96% at the selling price of 11, 13, 15, 17 and 20 Baht/kg. respectively. In the 20 rai case, the internal rate of return in a period of five years are 57.58%, 74.64%, 84.42%, 90.76% and 96.96% at the selling price of 11, 13, 15, 17, and 20 Baht/kg respectively. In the 30 rai case, the internal rate of return in a period of five years are 68.60%, 81.32%, 88.99%, 94.15% and 99.34% at the selling price of 11, 13, 15, 17 and 20 Baht/kg. respectively. In the 50 rai case the internal rate of return in a period of five years are 51.28%, 70.48%, 81.44%, 88.53% and 95.45% at the selling price of 11, 13, 15, 17 and 20 Baht/kg. Respectively. Since grape growing involves risk as well as comparatively heavy investment, payback period is thus necessarily short. Two years payback period is usually considered appropriate. The result of the study indicates that the Internal Rate of Return of grape growing is considerably higher than the Discount Rates used. This implies that grape growing is an attractive business especially for experienced farmers with adequate finance. |
