| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการนิเทศการสอนของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษา สังกัดคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีประชากร จำนวน 252 คน ได้แก่ หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาทุกหมวดวิชา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่และหาค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาส่วนใหญ่ ประชุมก่อนการสังเกตการสอนโดยกำหนดพฤติกรรมที่จะสังเกตการสอนโดยให้โอกาสและความเป็นอิสระในการกำหนดปัญหาการสอนด้วยตัวครูเอง กำหนดเกณฑ์พฤติกรรมที่จะสังเกตการสอนใช้เกณฑ์พื้นฐานของพฤติกรรม กำหนดเครื่องมือสังเกตการสอนเป็นเครื่องมือที่ ผู้นิเทศและครูผู้สอนยอมรับร่วมกันซึ่งเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการและบันทึกได้โดยง่าย การสังเกตการสอน ส่วนใหญ่สังเกตการสอนเรื่องกิจกรรมการสอนของครู ขณะสังเกตการสอนนั้นควรนั่งในที่มองเห็นทั่วห้องโดยไม่รบกวนการเรียนการสอน การวิเคราะห์ ส่วนใหญ่วิเคราะห์ผลโดยการนำเสนอข้อมูลให้ครูผู้สอนทราบและเข้าใจอย่างชัดเจน การพิจารณาพฤติกรรมที่จะต้องคงไว้หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้นพิจารณาจากพฤติกรรมการสอนที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง การเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้นเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์และเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้การประชุมหลังการสังเกตการสอน ส่วนใหญ่ให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับแก่ครูผู้สอนโดยการพูดคุยและชื่นชมพฤติกรรมที่ดี การตัดสินใจเลือกยุทธวิธีนั้นให้อิสระกับครูผู้สอนในการเลือก |
| Other Abstract: | The aim of this research was to study the instructional supervision process of heads of academic divisions in accredited secondary schools with educational quality standards under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Bangkok Metropolis. The population is 252 , heads of all academic divisions. Questionnaire was used as the research instrument. It have been returned for data analysis through frequency distribution and percentage computation. It was found that most of the heads a preobservation conference by behaviorally define the area of concern by providing teacher autonomy to select their own teaching problems; base rate or criterion by using the base rate of behaviors; select or construct observation instrument which was accepted by supervisors and teachers as an easily recorded checklist. Observation, most of the heads observed teaching methods and sat in the area that they could see the whole classroom and not disturb teaching and learning processes. Analysis was clearly presented to the teachers .Behaviors to maintain or change were according to the objectives and criterion. Most of the heads, in the postobservation conference gave feedbacks to the teachers by talking and praising positive behaviors and allowing them to choose their own teaching strategies. |
