| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาเขตกรมการฝึกหัดครู และปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งกีฬาเขตกรมการฝึกหัดครูของคณะกรรมการแข่งขัน ผู้ควบคุมทีม และหัวหน้าทีมนักกีฬา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างขึ้นเองมีค่าความเที่ยง 0.90 โดยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังคณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขน จำนวน 150 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 117 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 78 ผู้ควบคุมทีม จำนวน 150 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 126 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84 และหัวหน้าทีมนักกีฬา จำนวน 100 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 78 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 78 รวมส่งแบบสอบถามทั้งสิ้น 400 ชุด ได้รับกลับคืนมา 321 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80.25 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีของเซฟเฟ นำเสนอในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาเขตกรมการฝึกหัดครู มีดังนี้ 1.1 คณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขัน ผู้ควบคุมทีม และหัวหน้าทีมนักกีฬา มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาเขตกรมการฝึกครูว่าเป็นปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย 1.2คณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขัน ผู้ควบคุมทีม และหัวหน้าทีมนักกีฬา มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาเขตกรมการฝึกหัดครูในรายด้านที่เป็นปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ของการแข่งขันและด้านงบประมาณ 1.3 คณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขัน ผู้ควบคุมทีม และหัวหน้าทีมนักกีฬา มีความคิดเห็นรวมเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาเขตกรมการฝึกหัดครูในรายข้อที่เป็นปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ของการแข่งขัน ไม่สามารถดำเนินการให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของการกีฬาเขตกรมการฝึกหัดครูได้ ในเรื่องเพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาได้แสดงความสามารถและพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านกีฬา เพื่อปลูกฝังความมีน้ำใจนักกีฬา เพื่อปลูกฝังให้นักศึกษามีระเบียบวินัยรักสิทธิหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและสังคม เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและดำเนินการแข่งขันร่วมกันเป็นการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์และความเข้าใจอันดีต่อกัน ด้านงบประมาณ งบประมาณในการจัดการแข่งขันมีไม่เพียงพอ งบประมาณที่ได้รับสนับสนุนจากรมการฝึกหัดครูไม่เพียงพอ งบประมาณที่ได้รับจากกลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูต่าง ๆ ล่าช้าทำให้มีปัญหาในการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาบางประเภท กลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูส่วนใหญ่ส่งรายชื่อพร้อมหลักฐานของนักกีฬาไม่ครบและไม่ถูกต้องตามระเบียบการแข่งขัน ด้านที่พักและอาหาร สถานที่พักไม่เพียงพอ สถานที่พักมียุงและแมลงรบกวน และอุปกรณ์เครื่องนอนในสถานที่พักไม่เพียงพอ 2. คณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขัน ผู้ควบคุมทีม และหัวหน้าทีมนักกีฬามีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาในการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาเขตกรมการฝึกหัดครูแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 และ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study problems in organizing and conducting Regional Games of the Department of Teacher Education and to compare the opinions towards the problems shown by the directors of committee, the team organizers, and the team leaders. Questionnaires were constructed by the researcher to be used as the instrument with the reliability of .90and sent to150of the directors of the committee,150of the team organizers, and100of the team leaders. Only117 questionnaires from the directors of committee(about78%), 126from the team organizers(about84%), and 78 from the team leaders (78%) were returned. The data were then analyzed in terms of percent, means, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance and Scheffe's Test for possible comparison was also employed to determine the significant differences. Then, they were presented in the form of tables and essays. The findings were as follows: 1. Problems in organizing and conducting the Regional. Games of the Department of Teacher Education were: 1.1The director, of committee, the team organizers, and the team leaders thought the problems were at. The small level. 1.2 The directors of. committee, the team organizers, and the team leaders thought the main problems were about the objectives of the games and the budgets. 1.3 The directors of committee, the team organizers, and the team leaders totally thought some classified items were problematic at the high level. In case of the objectives of the games that could not be pursued, they were to develop the students' competence in sports; to cultivate the students' spirit in playing games; to discipline the students to know the rights, duty, and responsibility both for themselves and for society; and to provide the students with an opportunity to participate in activities and to organize the games together in order to promote their friend-ship and their good understanding. In case of the budgets, the insufficient and delayed budgets given by the Department of Teacher Education and the groups of teachers' colleges also affected the preparation of the games. Moreover, the budget planning by various divisions was not correlated. In case of stadiums, fields, and facilities, seats and toilets were not sufficient. In case of organizing and conducting the games, most of the groups of teachers' colleges not only sent the lists of athletes together with their information forms very late but also incompletely. Finally, in case of rooms and board, the rooms and sleeping equipments were not sufficient and mosquitoes as well as insects caused inconveniences. 2. In comparison of opinions expressed by the directors of committee, the team organizers, and the term leaders, they were significantly different at.01and.05level. |
