dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งที่จะสำรวจการกระจายอัตรากำลังของพยาบาลระดับปริญญาตรีและระดับปริญญาโทที่ทำหน้าที่ด้านบริการพยาบาล และบริการการศึกษาพยาบาลในส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค ตลอดจนอัตราส่วนระหว่างจำนวนพยาบาลระดับปริญญาที่ทำหน้าที่ด้านบริการพยาบาลต่อจำนวนประชากร และอัตราส่วนระหว่างจำนวนพยาบาลระดับปริญญาที่ทำหน้าที่ด้านบริการการศึกษาต่อจำนวนนักศึกษาพยาบาล ประชากรของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นพยาบาลระดับปริญญาตรี และระดับปริญญาโททั้งหมดที่สำเร็จการศึกษาทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ภายในเดือน กรกฎาคม 2518 ซึ่งกำลัง ประกอบอาชีพพยาบาลเต็มเวลา โดยใช้แบบสำรวจข้อมูลส่งไปยังเจ้าสังกัดของสถาบันทุกแห่ง ซึ่งได้รับคำตอบกลับคืนครบถ้วน สำหรับการศึกษาในเรื่อง อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ศาสนาที่นับถือ และระยะเวลาที่ประกอบอาชีพของพยาบาลระดับปริญญา ได้ใช้แบบสอบถามส่งไปยังประชากรทั้งสิ้น 869 คน ได้คำตอบกลับคืน 499 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57.4 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แจกแจงความถี่ของการกระจายจำนวนพยาบาลระดับปริญญาเป็นร้อยละ และการหาอัตราส่วน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. อัตรากำลังของพยาบาลระดับปริญญาตรีในประเทศไทย มีทั้งหมด 764 คน กระจายอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานครมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.1 รองลงมาอยู่ในภาค 5 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 13.3 สำหรับอัตรากำลังของพยาบาลระดับปริญญาโท มีทั้งหมด 105 คน กระจายอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานครมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 74.3 รองลงมาในภาค 5 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 11.4 ส่วนการกระจายอัตรากำลังของพยาบาลทั้งระดับปริญญาตรี และระดับปริญญาโทในภาคอื่นมีเปอร์เซ็นต์น้อยมาก 2.อัตราส่วนระหว่างพยาบาลระดับปริญญาตรีที่ทำหน้าที่ด้านบริการพยาบาลต่อประชากรทั้งประเทศ เป็น 1: 127,003 มีอัตราส่วนต่อประชากรสูงที่สุดในภาค 3 เป็น 1: 2,334,962 และอัตราส่วนต่อประชากรต่ำที่สุดในกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็น 1: 20,648 สำหรับพยาบาลระดับปริญญาโททั้งหมด ที่ทำหน้าที่ด้านบริการพยาบาลมีเพียง 4 คน 3. อัตราส่วนระหว่างพยาบาลระดับปริญญาตรีที่ทำหน้าที่ด้านบริการการศึกษาต่อนักศึกษาพยาบาลทั้งหมด เป็น 1: 17 มีอัตราส่วนต่อต่อนักศึกษาสูงที่สุดในภาค 4 เป็น 1: 11 สำหรับอัตราส่วนระหว่างพยาบาลระดับปริญญาโทที่ทำหน้าที่ด้านบริการการศึกษาต่อนักศึกษาพยาบาลทั้งหมด เป็น 1: 77 มีอัตราส่วนต่อนักศึกษาสูงที่สุดในภาค 2 เป็น 1: 320 และมีอัตราส่วนต่อนักศึกษาต่ำที่สุดในกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็น 1: 58 4.พยาบาลส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 41.3 มีอายุระหว่าง 30 – 39 ปี รองลงมาร้อยละ 40.7 มีอายุระหว่าง 20 – 29 ปี และมีจำนวนน้อยที่อายุเกิน 40 ปี ขึ้นไป ร้อยละ 57.1 เป็นโสด รองลงมาร้อยละ 40.5 เป็นผู้ที่มีครอบครัวแล้ว ร้อยละ 96 นับถือศาสนาพุทธ มีเปอร์เซ็นต์น้อยที่นับถือศาสนาคริสต์หรืออิสลาม ระยะเวลาที่ประกอบอาชีพมีจำนวนมากที่สุดอยู่ระหว่าง 1 -4 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.8 รองลงมาร้อยละ 19.0 อยู่ในช่วงเวลาต่ำกว่า 1 ปี และมีเป็นส่วนน้อยที่ประกอบอาชีพเกิน 15 ปี ขึ้นไป	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to survey the distribution of degree nurses who have been working in the area of nursing service and nursing education in the various parts of Thailand. The ratio of degree nurses, those who population and those who worked as nurse educators per student nurses were also obtained. The population of graduated in Thailand and from Foreign countries. Questionnaires were used as a tool for this survey and sent to Health Institutional Directors. All of the surveyed population had been accumulated into 869 persons. For the study of age, marriage, religion and the period of employment, the researcher had sent questionnaires to the total population (869). The data was sent back only 499 or about 57.4 percent. Percentage and ratio were also used for data analysis. The analysis of data was summarized as follow: 1. Total number of Baccalaureate degree nurses in Thailand were764. The majority of distribution was in Bangkok (63.1%). The second one was in the region 5, (13.3%). Total number of Master degree nurses were 105. Most of them were distributed in Bangkok (74.3%). The second one was in the region 5. (11.4%), only few percent of Baccalaureate and Master degree nurses were in the other regions. 2.Total ratio of Baccalaureate degree nurse per population who practice in the area of nursing service was 1: 127,003, the highest ratio per population was in the region 3(1: 2,334,962) and the lowest was in Bangkok (1:20,648). There were only 4 nurses who got Master degree have been practicing in the area of nursing service. 3. Total ratio of Baccalaureate degree nurse who worked in area of nursing education per student nurses was 1:17. The highest ratio per students was in the region1 (1:92). The lowest was in the region 4 (1:11). Total ratio of Master degree nurse who worked in area of nursing education per students was 1:77. The highest ratio per students was in the region 2, (1:320). The lowest was in Bangkok (1:58). 4. The majority of degree nurses 41.3 percent were in between 30-39 years old. The second one 40.7 percent was in between 20-29 years old. The data about marriage, 57.1 percent were single, 40.5 percent were married. Most of them were Buddish, only a few were Christian and Islam. The period of employment 53.8 percent had worked in the period 1-4 years, the minority (19.0 percent) had employed in the period of lower than 1 year, only few had worded more than 15 years.	-
