dc.description.abstract	ได้นำรอบโรคบนใบหน้าและเปลือกตาของนกพิราบมาตรวจทางจุลพยาธิวิทยา และแยกเชื้อไวรัสบน chorio-allantonic membrance ของไข่ไก่ฟัา การตรวจทางจุลพยาธิวิทยาภายหลังการย้อมสี hematoxylin และ eosin พบว่าเซลล์ที่รอยโรคที่เพิ่มจำนวนหนาตัวขึ้น บวม และมีการเสื่อมบวมพองเป็นบอลลูน ภายในซัยโตปลาสมมีอินคลูชั่นบอีดขนาดใหญ่ ติดสีแดง การแยกเชื้อไวรัสบน chorio-allantonic membrane ของไข่ฟักพบ pock สีขาวจำนวนมากขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 3-5 มิลลิเมตร การตรวจทางจุลทรรศน์ อิเล็กตรอน แสดงอนุภาคไวรัสพร้อมกับมี core ตรงกลางลักษณะดัมเบลล์ lateral body และ outer membrane ซึ่งแสดงถึงลักษณะเฉพาะของไวรัสพ็อคซ	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	Lesions of face and eyelid of pigeon were examined by his topathology and isolated of virus on chorio-allantonic membrane of embryonated chicken egges. Histology examination after hematoxylastic, swollen and balloning degeration. Their cytoplasm contained large, eosinophilic inclusion bodies. Isolation of virus on chorio-allantonic membrane found many white pcoks, 3-5 mm in diameter. Electron microscopy examination showed viral particles with dumbbell-shaped central core, lateral body and outer membrane which revealed the characteristic of pox virus.	en
