| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาประเภทกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในความควบคุมของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน ในกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในความควบคุมของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน ในกรุงเทพหานคร 3. เพื่อศึกษาผลการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในความควบคุมของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน ในกรุงเทพมหานคร 4. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคในการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดี ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในความควบคุมของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน ในกรุงเทพหานคร วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรคือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในความควบคุมของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 181 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครู ทั้งหมด 362 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 3 ชนิดคือ แบบสำรวจ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากแบบสอบถามที่ส่งไป 61 ฉบับ ได้รับคืนทั้งหมด 40 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 66.6 จากแบบสอบถามที่ส่งไป 362 ฉบับ ได้รับคืนทั้งหมด 273 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 75 และจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารและครูอีก 90 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้วิธีหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. ประเภทกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรที่จัดในปีการศึกษา 2527 มีทั้งหมด 10 ประเภท พบว่าประเภทกิจกรรมที่จัดเป็นส่วนใหญ่ได้แก่ กิจกรรมการปกครอง และการประชุมอบรม กิจกรรมการบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ กิจกรรมศาสนาและสังคมสงเคราะห์ กิจกรรมนาฏศิลป์ ดนตรี และการรื่นเริง กิจกรรมกีฬาและนันทนาการ กิจกรรมวิชาการ กิจกรรมลูกเสือและยุวกาชาด 2. วิธีการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ผู้บริหารวางแผนการจัดโดยทำเป็นแผนปฏิบัติงานและทำเป็นโครงการ โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ครูและคณะกรรมการในแต่ละโครงการมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมาย ซึ่งใช้คู่มือการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียนและการจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการเป็นตัวควบคุมดูแลการจัดกิจกรรม และได้รับการประสานงาน ส่งเสริม สนับสนุนทางด้านงบประมาณ และเชิญวิทยากรมาให้ความรู้ตามโอกาส ส่วนวิธีการประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรมนั้น ผู้บริหารและครูประเมินด้าน จุดมุ่งหมาย วิธีการจัด สถานที่ และความคิดเห็นอันเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร 3. ผลการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดี ผู้บริหารและครูมีความเห็นตรงกันว่า กิจกรรมกีฬาและนันทนาการ กิจกรรมบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ กิจกรรมลูกเสือยุวกาชาด กิจกรรมการปกครองและการประชุมอบรม เป็นกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีมาก ลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดี ด้านมีวามซื่อสัตย์ รู้จักรักษาระเบียบวินัย มีความละอายและเกรงกลัวต่อการประพฤติผิด มีความขยันหมั่นเพียร มีจิตใจเป็นประชาธิปไตย มีความเสียสละและเห็นแก่ส่วนรวม ความมีเหตุผล ยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงและรู้จักปรับตัว มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ มีความภูมิใจในความเป็นไทย เป็นลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีที่ผู้บริหารและครูมีความเห็นตรงกันว่าเป็นลักษณะที่พบมากในการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร 4. ปัญหา อุปสรรค ที่ผู้บริหารและครูส่วนใหญ่พบได้แก่ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนการจัดกิจกรรม การขาดข้อมูลและแหล่งข่าวสารที่ดีสำหรับนำมาใช้ในการวางแผน เวลาที่ใช้ในการวางแผน คณะครูมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายน้อย และจุดมุ่งหมายที่กำหนดไว้ไม่เฉพาะเจาะจงในแต่ละกิจกรรม สถานที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมคับแคบและไม่เพียงพอ ขาดการส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรในโรงเรียนได้ศึกษา อรบรม ดูงานด้านการตัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร โรงเรียนจัดเอกสาร คู่มือที่เผยแพร่การจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรไม่เพียงพอและทั่วถึง นอกจากนี้การประเมินผลขาดผู้ติดตามที่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและทักษะโดยเฉพาะ และขาดเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการติดตามผล |
| Other Abstract: | Research Purposes 1. To study programs of co-curricular activities promoting citizenship characteristics in elementary school under the jurisdiction of the Office of Private School Commission in Bangkok Metropolis. 2. To study management activities of co-curricular activities promoting citizenship characteristics in elementary school under the jurisdiction of the Office of Private School Commission in Bangkok Metropolis. 3. To study outputs of co-curricular activities promoting citizenship characteristics in elementary school under the jurisdiction of the Office of Private School Commission in Bangkok Metropolis. 4. To study problems of co-curricular activities promoting citizenship characteristics in elementary school under the jurisdiction of the Office of Private School Commission in Bangkok Metropolis. Research Procedures The sample of the research consisted of 181 elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Private School Commission in Bangkok Metropolis. The data were gathered from 362 administrators and teachers. The instruments used in the study were the survey schedules, questionnaire and interview schedules. Sixty – one schedules and 362 questionnaires were sent out, 40 or 66.6 percent of the survey schedules and 273 or 75 percent of the questionnaires were completed and returned. Also, ninety administrators and teachers were interviewed. Data were analyzed by mean of frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. Research Findings 1. Concerning the programs of co-curricular activities it was found that ten co-curricular activities were operated in all elementary schools in academic year 1984. The co-curricular activities operated at high level were listed at follows: student administration and school assembly activities, community services activities, religious and social welfare activities, dramatic, musical and entertainment activities, sports and recreation activities, academic activities, and boy scout and junior red cross activities. 2. Concerning the management activities of co-curricular activities, it was found that the administrators set up the plans and projects with co-operation of teachers and committee in each project. The identified projects were as follows student manual activities and supervised by the project committee. Each activities was supported by the school administrators in various aspects, e.g. budgeting, co-ordinating, promoting, and inviting experts for more information. Evaluation was done by both administrators and teachers, concerning mostly in aims, managements, places, and suggestions. 3. Concerning the outputs of the co-curricular activities it was found that both the administrators and teachers accepted the following activities promoting citizenship characteristics at high level. They were sports and recreation activities, community service activities, boy scout and junior red cross activities, and student administration and school assembly activities. The citizen characteristics mostly found were honesty, conforming to discipline, sheme and fear of wrong doing, diligence, domestic mindedness, volunteer in social activities, rationality, accept the changes and adaptability, human relations, and proud of being Thai. 4. Concerning the problems of management of co-curricular activity, it was found that the high level problems occurred were understanding the planning of activity management, lack of data for preparing the plans, inadequacy of time, insufficient co-operation from the teachers, indefinite aim in each activity, lack of space to operate the activity, insufficiency of personnel development in upgrading professional qualification, shortages of manuals for operating activities, and lack of qualified personnel, instrument and facilities for follow up and evaluation of activity operated by the school |
