dc.description.abstract	ไก่พันธุ์ไข่เลี้ยงโดยให้อาหารผสมที่มีสารหนู (3-Nitro-4-hydroxyphenylarsonic acid) ผสมอยู่ในอาหารด้วยในระดับ 25 และ 50 ppm ให้ไก่กินอาหารตั้งแต่ก่อนไก่เริ่มไข่ 10 วัน และให้กินติตต่อกันทุกวันต่อไปอีก 60 วัน ตรวจหาปริมาณสารหนูที่ตกค้างในไข่ขาวและไข่แดงด้วย Spectrophotometer พบสารหนูประมาณ 2.0 ppm หรือน้อยกว่าเป็นส่วนใหญ่ โดยเฉพาะไข่ขาว แต่ปริมาณสารหนูที่พบไม่แตกต่างจากกลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ	en
