dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพเชิงเศรษฐศาสตร์ของแผนการทดลอง 2 แผน คือ แผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มตลอดสมบูรณ์และแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มตลอดในบล็อกสมบูรณ์ โดยที่ตัวแบบมีรูปแบบดังนี้ Y[subscript i j] = μ + τ[subscript ]i + β[subscript j] + ε[subscript i j ]เมื่อ i = 1, 2 , … , a และ j = 1, 2 , … , b โดยที่ Y[subscript i j] คือ ค่าสังเกตในบล็อกที่ j ที่ได้รับวิธีทดลองที่ i μ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ยของประชากร τi คือ อิทธิพลของวิธีทดลองที่ i β j คือ อิทธิพลของบล็อกที่ j ε[subscript i j] คือ ความคลาดเคลื่อนของค่าสังเกตในบล็อกที่ j ที่ได้รับวิธีทดลองที่ i และ ε[subscript i j] มีการแจกแจงแบบปกติที่เป็นอิสระซึ่งกันและกันมีค่าเฉลี่ยเป็น 0 และความแปรปรวนเป็น σ² a แทนจำนวนวิธีทดลอง b แทน จำนวนบล็อก ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้ทำการจำลองข้อมูลจากเทคนิคมอนติคาร์โลด้วยโปรแกรม S-PLUS 2000 โดยกำหนดให้จำนวนวิธีทดลองที่ใช้ทดลองที่ใช้ทดลองเท่ากับ 3 5 และ 7 จำนวนบล็อกเท่ากับ 3 5 และ 7 และสัมประสิทธิ์ความแปรผันเท่ากับ 10% 20% และ 30% โดยที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ศึกษา คือ 0.01 และ 0.05 กำหนดระดับค่าใช้จ่ายที่ใช้ในการทดลอง คือ ค่าใช้จ่ายที่ใช้ในการหาหน่วยทดลอง ค่าใช้จ่ายในการให้วิธีทดลอง ค่าเสียโอกาสเมื่อปฏิเสธสิ่งที่เป็นจริง และค่าเสียโอกาสเมื่อยอมรับสิ่งที่ไม่จริง โดยให้แตกต่างกัน 2 ระดับ คือ ต่ำ และสูง เกณฑ์ที่ใช้ในการเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพเชิงเศรษฐศาสตร์ของแผนการทดลอง คือ ค่าคาดหวังของค่าใช้จ่ายในการทดลอง ซึ่งมี 2 กรณี คือ เมื่อสมมติฐานว่างเป็นจริงและเมื่อสมมติฐานว่างไม่เป็นจริง ผลการศึกษาจะสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าคาดหวังของค่าใช้จ่ายที่ใช้ในการทดลอง เมื่อสมมติฐานว่างเป็นจริง ทุกกรณีค่าคาดหวังของค่าใช้จ่ายที่ใช้ในการทดลองของแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มตลอดสมบูรณ์น้อยกว่าแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มตลอดในบล็อกสมบูรณ์ 2. ค่าคาดหวังของค่าใช้จ่ายที่ใช้ในการทดลอง เมื่อสมมติฐานว่างไม่เป็นจริง เมื่อความแตกต่างระหว่างอิทธิพลของวิธีทดลองแตกต่างกันน้อยและปานกลาง ทุกกรณีค่าคาดหวังของค่าใช้จ่ายที่ใช้ในการทดลองของแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มตลอดในบล็อกสมบูรณ์มีแนวโน้มที่จะน้อยกว่าแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มตลอดสมบูรณ์ และเมื่อความแตกต่างระหว่างอิทธิพลของวิธีทดลองมีความแตกต่างกันมาก ค่าคาดหวังของค่าใช้จ่ายที่ใช้ในการทดลองของทั้ง 2 แผนการทดลองจะมีค่าเท่ากันหรือใกล้เคียงกัน-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objective of this study is to compare the efficiency of two economic – based efficiency designs: Randomized Complete Block Design, and Completely Randomized Design. The Randomized Complete Block Design model is Y[subscript i j] = μ + τ[subscript i] + β[subscript j] + ε[subscript i j] when i = 1, 2 , … , a and j = 1, 2 , … , b where Y[subscript i j] is the observation in j[superscript th] block for the i[superscript th] treatment, μ is the grand mean, τi is the i[superscript th] treatment , β[subscript j] is the j[superscript th] block and ε[subscript i j] is the random error of the observation in j[superscript th] block for the i[superscript th] treatment and ε[subscript i j] is independently and normally distribution with mean 0 and variance σ², a is the number of treatment, b is the number of block. To generate the data for this study , the Monte Carlo simulation technique is done using S-PLUS 2000 package. The number of treatments are specified at 3 5 and 7. The number of blocks are specified at 3 5 and 7. The coefficients of variation are specified at 10%, 20% and 30%. The significance levels are 0.01 and 0.05. The expectation costs of experimental design are cost of experimental unit, cost of treatment, and cost of opportunity when Ho is accepted if Ho is false and cost of opportunity when H[subscript 0] is rejected if H0 is true. The expectation costs of experimental designs when null hypothesis is true and false are a measure for comparison for both designs. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Expectation cost of experimental design when null hypothesis is true. In all case, Completely Randomized Design gives expectation cost of experimental design less than Randomized Complete Block Design. 2. Expectation cost of experimental design when null hypothesis is false. When the difference of treatment effects are less and medium, Randomized Complete Block Design gives the explanation cost less than Completely Randomized Design. When the difference of treatment effects is high, both designs give approximately the same expectation cost of experimental design.-
