| Abstract: | ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากน้ำท่วมมีมูลค่ามหาศาล ซึ่งในบางสภาพการประเมินมูลค่าความเสียหายนั้นไม่สามารถคำนวณเป็นตัวเงินได้ เมื่อเกิดน้ำท่วมใหญ่ในปี พ.ศ. 2526 ในฝั่งธนบุรียังมิได้มีการรวบรวมและวิจัยข้อมูลต่างๆที่เกี่ยวกับความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างเด่นชัด สำหรับงานวิจัยนี้ได้ศึกษาความเสียหายดังกล่าว โดยการออกเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามและนำมาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างค่าความเสียหายกับระดับน้ำท่วมขังและความนานของน้ำท่วมขังนั้น พบว่าความเสียหายจากน้ำท่วมขังฝังธนบุรี พ.ศ. 2526 นั้น มีมูลค่าทั้งสิ้นสำหรับหน่วยราชการรวมทั้งรัฐวิสาหกิจ 77, 697,000 บาท สำหรับภาคเอกชน 1,388,221,000 บาท รวมความเสียหายทั้งสิ้น 1,465,918,000 บาท |
| Other Abstract: | Flood damage is very significant, but in certain cases, intangible. In 1983, the year of severe flood of Thon buri, no data on flood had been collected and clearly evaluated. In this study, the said data were collected and statistically analysed for the relationship between the damage and flood level as well as flood duration. In 1983, Thon buri flood was estimated amount to Baht 77,697,000 for the Government offices and enterprises,Baht 1,388,221,000 for private sectors, totaling Baht 1,464,918,000. |
