dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสำรวจปัญหาสุขภาพจิตของนิสิตแพทย์และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัญหาสุขภาพจิต กลุ่มประชากรที่ศึกษาเป็นนิสิตแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 3 คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย นิสิตแพทย์ที่ตอบแบบสอบถาม มีจำนวน 391 คน (61.38%) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบสอบถาม SCL-90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Chi-Square และ One-way ANOVA ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นิสิตแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 3 คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ในภาคการศึกษาปลาย ปีการศึกษา 2547 นิสิตแพทย์มีคะแนนภาวะสุขภาพจิตอยู่ในเกณฑ์ซึ่งบ่งว่ามีปัญหาสุขภาพจิตจำนวน 74 คน (18.9%) ซึ่งปัญหาสุขภาพจิตที่พบมากที่สุด คือ การย้ำคิดย้ำทำ จำนวน 52 คน (13.3%) รองลงมาคือ ซึมเศร้า จำนวน 29 คน (7.4%) และอาการของโรคจิต จำนวน 27 คน (6.9%) โดยนิสิตแพทย์ที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพจิตด้านความรู้สึกไม่ชอบติดต่อกับคนอื่น (p<0.05) และความหวาดระแวง (p<0.01) เป็นเพศชายมากกว่านิสิตแพทย์ที่มีภาวะสุขภาพจิตปกติ, นิสิตแพทย์ที่มีความเห็นว่าสอบบ่อยเกินไป มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความรู้สึกไม่เป็นมิตร ([mean]=2.98, p<0.05) สูงกว่านิสิตแพทย์ที่มีความเห็นว่าจำนวนครั้งของการสอบเหมาะสม, นิสิตแพทย์ที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพจิตด้านความรู้สึกไม่เป็นมิตรมีทะเลาะกับเพื่อน (p<0.01) มากกว่านิสิตแพทย์ที่มีภาวะสุขภาพจิตปกติ, นิสิตแพทย์ที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพจิตด้านความรู้สึกไม่ชอบติดต่อกับคนอื่นมีเพื่อนสนิท (p<0.05) น้อยกว่านิสิตแพทย์ที่มีภาวะสุขภาพจิตปกติ, นิสิตแพทย์ที่ไม่กล้าปรึกษาปัญหาใดๆกับอาจารย์เลย มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านการย้ำคิดย้ำทำ ([mean]=14.22, p<0.05) สูงกว่ากลุ่มอื่นๆ และนิสิตแพทย์ที่มีปัญหาปรึกษาอาจารย์บ้างในบางเรื่อง มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านการย้ำคิดย้ำทำ ([mean]=11.37, p<0.05) สูงกว่านิสิตแพทย์ที่มีปัญหาต่างๆมักปรึกษาอาจารย์, นิสิตแพทย์ไม่กล้าปรึกษาปัญหาใดๆกับอาจารย์เลย มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความรู้สึกไม่ชอบติดต่อกับคนอื่น ([mean]=8.22, p<0.05) สูงกว่านิสิตแพทย์ที่มีปัญหาปรึกษาอาจารย์บ้างในบางเรื่อง, นิสิตแพทย์ที่ไม่กล้าปรึกษาปัญหาใดๆกับอาจารย์เลย มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านซึมเศร้า ([mean]=10.59, p<0.05) และด้านอาการของโรคจิต ([mean]=5.98, p<0.05) สูงกว่ากลุ่มอื่นๆ	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research is to survey the effects of mental health problems among medical students and the factors related to this mental health problems. The survey group studied consisted of 391 (61.38%) first to third year medical students from the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn Univeristy. The research instruments consisted of general questionnaires and SCL-90 questionnaires. The data was analyzed using SPSS/PC for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, the Chi-Square Test and One-way ANOVA. The results revealed that 74 students (18.9%) had mental health problems. The most common mental health abnormality detected was obsessive-compulsive behavior, with 52 students (13.3%) . Depression was the next to be found among 29 students (7.4%) and psychoticism was found among 27 students (6.9%) . Males tend to have more mental health problems than females in the area of interpersonal sensitivity (p<0.05) and paranoid ideation (p<0.01) . Medical students who thought the tests were too frequent means score higher hostility than medical students who thought that tests were appropriated ([mean]=2.98, p<0.05) . Medical students had mental health problems in the area of hostility more argument with friends than medical students had normal mental health (p<0.01) . Medical students had mental health problems in the area of interpersonal sensitivity less close friends than medical students had normal mental health (p<0.05) . Medical students who were afraid to share any of their problems with their professors means score higher obsessive- compulsive behavior than each others ([mean]=14.22, p<0.05) and medical students who occasionally shared some problems with their professor means score higher obsessive- compulsive behavior than medical students who shared problems with their professor ([mean]=11.37, p<0.05) . Medical students who were afraid to share any of their problems with their professors means score higher interpersonal sensitivity than medical students who occasionally shared some problems with their professor ([mean]=8.22, p<0.05) . Medical students who were afraid to share any of their problems with their professors means score higher depression than each others ([mean]=10.59, p<0.05) . Medical students who were afraid to share any of their problems with their professors means score higher psychoticism than each others ([mean]=5.98, p<0.05).	-
