| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาสหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณระหว่างวุฒิภาวะทางอาชีพ ความสนใจในอาชีพ และสัมฤทธิผลทางการเรียนกับการตัดสินใจเลือกอาชีพ และหากลุ่มตัวทำนายที่ดีที่สุดเพื่อนำมาสร้างสมการทำนายการตัดสินใจเลือกอาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนิสิตนักศึกษาปีที่ 2 จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ และมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์จำนวน 453 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสำรวจวุฒิภาวะทางอาชีพมาตรวัดทัศนคติของไคร้ท์ (John O. Crites) แบบสำรวจความสนใจในอาชีพของแอนดรู โคบอล เจ เวน ไรท์สโตน และ คาร์ล อาร์ คูนซ์ (Andrew Kobal J. Wayne Wrightstone and Karl R. Kunze) และแบบสำรวจการตัดสินใจเลือกอาชีพ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้สร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นๆ เมื่อใช้ตัวแปรวุฒิภาวะทางอาชีพ ความสนใจในอาชีพ และสัมฤทธิผลทางการเรียนเป็นตัวทำนาย ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่าสหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณระหว่างวุฒิภาวะทางอาชีพและความสนใจในอาชีพกับการตัดสินใจเลือกอาชีพมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .001 สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสัมฤทธิผลทางการเรียนกับการตัดสินใจเลือกอาชีพไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ตัวทำนายที่ดีที่สุดได้แก่วุฒิภาวะทางอาชีพซึ่งสามารถทำนายการตัดสินใจเลือกอาชีพได้ร้อยละ 15.52 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were (a) to investigate the multiple correlation between career decision making and career maturity, vocational interest and scholastic achievement; (b) to construct a multiple regression equation for predicting students‘ career decision making. The sample included 453 second year students from Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University and Thamasat University. The instruments used for collecting data were Crites's Career Maturity Inventory-Attitude Scale translated by Parnarai Saprayaprapa, The Inventory of Vocational Interests developed by Andrew Kobal, J. Wayne Wrightstone and Karl R. Kunze and a Vocational Decision Making Inventory developed by the researcher. The stepwise multiple regression analysis was used to Analyze the data. Using variables of career maturity, vocational interest and scholastic achievement as predictors, the multiple correlation between career maturity and vocational interest with career decision making was significant at the .001 level. There was no significant difference between scholastic achievement and career decision making. Career maturity proved to be the best predictor of career decision making in 15.52 percent of all cases. |
