dc.description.abstractศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความรู้และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการบริบาลทารกแรกเกิดของมารดาในภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นมารดาที่พาบุตรอายุ 1-2 เดือน มาฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคที่คลินิกสุขภาพเด็กดีในโรงพยาบาล 12 แห่ง จำนวน 140 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างมีระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเองโดยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 8 ท่าน ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสัมภาษณ์ ความรู้ตามแบบของคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน (Kuder-Richardson) คือ K-R 20 และการปฏิบัติตามแบบสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของ ครอนบาช (Cronbach) เท่ากับ 0.63 และ 0.67 ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาอัตราส่วนร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. มารดาที่มีฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจของครอบครัว และระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีความรู้และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการบริบาลทารกแรกเกิดต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มารดามีลักษณะครอบครัวต่างกันมีการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการบริบาลทารกแรกเกิดแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 1.1 มารดาที่มีฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจต่ำ มีความรู้เพื่อพฤติกรรมการนอนและการสัมผัสของทารกต่ำกว่ามารดาที่ฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจสูงและปานกลาง มีความรู้เรื่องพฤติกรรมการขับถ่ายของทารกต่ำกว่ามารดาที่มีฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจสูง และมีความรู้เรื่องพฤติกรรมการร้องของทารกต่ำกว่ามารดาที่มีฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจปานกลาง ส่วนการปฏิบัติมารดาที่มีฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจต่ำ มีการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการมองของทารกต่ำกว่ามารดาที่มีฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจสูงและปานกลาง และมีการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการกินของทารกต่ำกว่ามารดาที่มีฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจปานกลาง 1.2 มารดาที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำ มีความรู้เรื่องพฤติกรรมการมองและการสัมผัสของทารกต่ำกว่ามารดาที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูง และความรู้เรื่องพฤติกรรมการร้องของทารกต่ำกว่ามารดาที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูง และปานกลาง ส่วนการปฏิบัติมารดาที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำมีการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการมองของทารกต่ำกว่ามารดาที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูง 1.3 มารดาที่มีสามีช่วยเหลือในการบริบาลทารกแรกเกิดในครอบครัวมีการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการได้ยินของทารกดีกว่ามารดาที่บริบาลทารกแรกเกิดด้วยตนเอง 2. มารดาที่มีทารกเพศต่างกัน น้ำหนักแรกเกิดของทารกต่างกัน ประสบการณ์การบริบาลทารกแรกเกิดต่างกัน มีความรู้และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการบริบาลทารกแรกเกิดไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternativeTo study and compare maternal knowledge and practice concerning neonatal care. The subjects selected by systemic random sampling techniques, consisted of 140 mothers attending well baby clinic at the hospitals in the Northern Region of Thailand. A structured interview questionnaire developed by the researcher was evaluated by 8 experts for content validity. The reliability of the questionnaire concerning knowlege and practice tested by K-R 20 and Cronbach' s alpha coefficient were 0.63 and 0.67 respectively. The statistics used for analysis of data were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and one way analysis of variance. The major findings are: 1. There was statistically significant difference at .05 level of both knowledge and practice scores among mothers with different incomes and educational levels. At the same level, there was statistically significant difference of practice scores among mothers with different neonatal care assistance within the family. 1.1 The knowledge of mothers with low incomes were lower than mothers with high and middle incomes in neonatal sleeping and touching behaviors, lower than mothers with high incomes in neonatal bowel movement behaviors and lower than mothers with middle incomes in crying behaviors. The practice of mothers with low incomes were lower than mothers with high and middle incomes in neonatal sighted behaviors and lower than mothers with middle incomes in neonatal feeding behaviors. 1.2 The knowledge of mothers with low educational levels were lower than mothers with high educational levels in neonatal sighted and touching behaviors and lower than mothers with high and middle educational levels in neonatal crying behaviors. The practice of mothers with low educational levels were lower than mothers with high educational levels in neonatal sighted behaviors. 1.3 The practice of mothers who had their husband helped them for neonatal care were higher than the mothers who care the neonate by themselves. 2. There was no statistically significant difference at .05 level of both knowledge and practice between mothers with different neonatal sex, birth weight and neonatal care experiences.
