dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความวิตกกังวลแบบสเตท ในสามช่วง ไตรมาสของหญิงครรภ์แรกที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และระดับรายได้แตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหญิงครรภ์แรกที่มาฝากครรภ์ ณ โรงพยาบาลศิริราช จำนวน 180 คน แบ่งเป็น 3 ช่วงไตรมาสๆ ละ 60 คน โดยวิธีสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลทั่วไปของหญิง มีครรภ์ และแบบวัดความวิตกกังวลของสปิลเบอร์เกอร์และคณะมีชื่อว่า THE STATE-TRAIT ANXIETY INVENTORY (STAI) ตอนที่ 1 เรียก X-I ที่แปลโดยนิตยา คชภักดี, มาลี นิสสัยขุม และสายฤดี วรกิจโภคาทร ตัวแปรอิสระที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ช่วงไตรมาส อายุ ระดับการศึกษาและ ระดับรายได้ตัวแปรตามได้แก่ ความวิตกกังวลแบบสเตท การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนสองทาง และเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเซฟเฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. หญิงครรภ์แรกใบสามช่วงไตรมาสที่มีอายุระหว่าง 13-20 ปี, 21-28 ปี และ 29-35 ปี มีความวิตกกังวลแบบสเตทไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. หญิงครรภ์แรกใบสามช่วงไตรมาสที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่ามีความวิตกกังวลแบบสเตท ไม่แตกต่างจากกลุ่มหญิงครรภแรกที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูงกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. หญิงครรภ์แรกในสามช่วงไตรมาสที่มีระดับรายได้ต่ำกว่ามีความวิตกกังวลแบบสเตท สูงกว่ากลุ่มหญิงครรภ์แรกที่มีระดับรายได้สูงกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to compare primigravidarum anxiety in three trimesters of women with different ages, educational levels and incomes. The subject were 180 pregnant women who were selected by purposive random sampling technique from the Antenatal Clinic of Siriraj Hospital. They were divided into 3 groups of 60 primigravidarum in each trimesters. The instruments used in this research were 1) a personal data interview form and 2) The State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) of Spielberger PART. 1 called X-I. The independent variables in this research were trimesters ages, educational levels and incomes. The dependent variable was state anxiety. The data were analyzed by using Two-Way Analysis of Varience and Scheffé Multiple Comparisons. The results indicated that : 1. There was no significant difference at the .05 level in state anxiety in three trimesters of pregnant women with different ages. 2. There was no significant difference at the .05 level in state anxiety in three trimesters of pregnant women with different educational levels. 3. There was significant difference at the .05 level in state anxiety in three trimesters of pregnant women with different incomes.
