dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ส่วนใหญ่มีการดำเนินงานทั้ง 9 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1.1 จัดส่งครูเข้ารับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรและจัดพบปะผู้ปกครองเป็นครั้งคราวเพื่อร่วมแก้ปัญหาและสนับสนุนการใช้หลักสูตร 1.2 ส่งเสริมให้ครูจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยให้นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมให้ครูเตรียมการสอนล่วงหน้าโดยใช้แผนการสอนและคู่มือครูของกรมวิชาการเป็นแนวทางและมีการตรวจบันทึกการเตรียมการสอนดังกล่าวก่อนสอนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 1.3 จัดหาสื่อการเรียนการสอนโดยซื้อด้วยเงินงบประมาณและจัดห้องหน่วยบริการสื่อที่มีระบบ เช่น มีทะเบียนสื่อ ทะเบียนการยืม 1.4 จัดให้มีการวัดผลการเรียนรู้ตามจุดประสงค์ในสมุดประจำชั้น (ป.02) และร่วมกับกลุ่มโรงเรียนสร้างข้อสอบเพื่อวัดผลดังกล่าวและวัดผลปลายภาคเรียน 1.5 นักเรียนเป็นผู้ใช้บริการห้องสมุดโดยค้นคว้าและอ่านในห้องสมุด 1.6 ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเป็นผู้นิเทศโดยจัดประชุมก่อนเปิดภาคเรียน 1.7 ครูทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนงานวิชาการ โดยใช้ข้อมูลปัญหาจากผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 1.8 จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการสอนโดยให้นักเรียนได้ปฏิบัติและครูมีส่วนร่วม 1.9 จัดประชุมอบรมทางวิชาการในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนและการวัดผล 2. ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการที่มีผู้ระบุในระดับมาก มีดังนี้คือ 2.1 ผู้ปกครองไม่เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรไม่สามารถแนะนำและสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนของนักเรียนได้ 2.2 งบประมาณมีไม่เพียงพอในการซื้อหนังสือใช้ในห้องสมุดเพื่อให้ครูและนักเรียนได้ศึกษาค้นคว้า
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to study the existing conditions and problems concerning the administration of academic affairs of elementary schools with high learning achievement students under the jurisdiction of the Office of the National Primary Education Commission, Educational Region Four. Major findings were as follows: 1. Concerning the existing conditions regarding the administration of academic affairs, most of the schools studied carried out the following activities: 1.1 Sending teachers to be trained in curriculum work; arranging meetings with students’ parents/guardians to cooperate in problem solving and curriculum. 1.2 Promoting teachers to organize instructional activities which involved student participation and prepare instructional plans, using the Department of Curriculum and Instruction Development plans and teacher handbooks as guideline: and checking lesson plans regularly. 1.3 Providing instructional materials, using regular government budget and providing media service unit with appropriate system. 1.4 Ensuring evaluation in accordance with objective specified in the classroom records and cooperate with school clusters in test construction. 1.5 Promoting regular library use by students and teachers. 1.6 Conducting supervision by school administrators through arranging meeting before the beginning of each semester. 1.7 Allowing every teacher to participate in planning academic affairs, using learning achievement results as data for consideration. 1.8 Encouraging supporting activities organized by students under teacher supervision. 1.9 Arranging academic training concerning instruction and evaluation. 2. The problems most often encountered were as follows: 2.1 Parents/guardians did not understand the organization of teaching learning activities in accordance with the curriculum, thus were unable to give advice and support their children. 2.2 Lack of sufficient budget to buy books for the libraries.
