| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรร ได้แก่ อายุ เพศ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแล ภาวะสุขภาพ ระยะเวลาในการดูแลผู้ป่วย สัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ดูแลและผู้ป่วย และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม กับความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนที่มารับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลราชบุรี โรงพยาบาลนครปฐม และโรงพยาบาลเจ้าพระยายมราช จำนวน 143 ราย ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดสัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ดูแลและผู้ป่วย แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบสัมภาษณ์ความสามารถของผู้ดูแล ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .90, .90 และ .93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียล ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. ความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทอยู่ในระดับสูง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.79) 2. อายุ ระยะเวลาในการดูแล สัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับผู้ป่วยจิตเภท และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมของผู้ดูแล มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r= .230, .286, .561 และ .642 ตามลำดับ) 3. ภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r= -.364) 4.เพศและความรู้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this descriptive research was to study the relationship between the factors related to dependent care agency among caregivers of schizophrenic patients in community and their relationships among age, gender, the knowledge in caring, chronic illness, duration of care, caregiver and schizophrenic patients relationships and social support. Subjects were 143 caregivers of schizophrenic patients who follow up in Out Patients Department at Ratchaburi Hospital, Nakhonprathom Hospital and Chaoprayayomaraj Hospital were selected by random sampling technique. The research instruments were the Personal Data Reccord, knowledge in caring, caregiver and schizophrenic patients relationships, social support and caregivers’ capabilities in caregivers of schizophrenic patients. The reliability of questionnaire were .90, .90 and .93 respectively. Statistic technique used in data analysis were frequency, percent, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’ s Product Moment Correlation and Point Biserial Correlation. Major findings were as follows; 1. Caregivers’ capabilities in caregivers of schizophrenic patients was at high level ( X bar =3.79) 2. Age, Duration of care, caregiver and schizophrenic patients relationships and social support were significantly correlated with caregivers’ capabilities in caregivers of schizophrenic patients at level of .05 (r = .230, .286, .561 and .642 respectively) 3. Chronic illness in caregiver of schizophrenic patients was significantly negative correlated with caregivers’ capabilities in caregivers of schizophrenic patients at level of .05(r = -.364) 4. Gender and Knowledge in caring ware not correlated with caregivers’ capabilities in caregivers of schizophrenic patients. |
