dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นในด้านสภาพความต้องการและปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดการด้านสื่อการสอนในศูนย์วิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ของคณะทำงานศูนย์วิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนที่อยู่ในเขตรอบในและเขตรอบนอก และของครูผู้สอนที่ใช้บริการจากศูนย์วิชาการที่อยู่ในเขตรอบในและเขตรอบนอก กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากร คือ คณะผู้ทำงานในศูนย์วิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียน จำนวน 180 คน ครูผู้สอนที่อยู่ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดพิษณุโลก ปีการศึกษา 2531 678 คน โดยแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มโรงเรียนในเขตรอบใน และกลุ่มโรงเรียนในเขตรอบนอก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ความคิดเห็นของคณะทำงานศูนย์วิชาการและครูผู้สอน โดยผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง และนำมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าทางสถิติโดยใช้ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและอัตราส่วนวิกฤติ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของคณะทำงานศูนย์วิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนรอบในและรอบนอกมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ในด้านสภาพการจัดการการผลิต และบริการ และด้านปัญหาในการจัดการ ส่วนในด้านความต้องการ พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนรอบในและรอบนอกที่พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ในด้านสภาพการจัดการ การผลิต และบริการ และด้านปัญหาในการจัดการ ในด้านความต้องการพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน ด้านสภาพและปัญหาส่วนใหญ่เกิดขึ้นในกลุ่มคณะทำงานรอบนอก และครูผู้สอนรอบนอก โดยพบว่า ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในระดับมาก ได้แก่ การขาดแคลนงบประมาณ ขาดแคลนสื่อการสอน อาคารสถานที่คับแคบและขาดแคลนความรู้และทักษะในการผลิตสื่อการสอน-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to compare the opinion in status needs and problems concerning the management of instructional media in elementary school cluster resource centers of working committee member in school cluster resource center of both urban and rural settings. The subjects used in this research were 180 working committee member in the school cluster resource centers were 678 teachers in the schools under the jurisdiction of Phisanulok Provincial Primary Education Office in the academic year 1988. The teachers and the resource centered were classified in to urban and rural settings according to the location of the school and center. They were asked to fill out the questionnaire relating to the opinion about the status needs and problems of the resource center. Data obtained were explained by means of frequency, percentage standard deviation and t-test. The findings indicated that the opinion of teachers working committee members in urban and rural settings were significant difference, at the .05 level in the following aspects : management, production and services. The major problems and obstacle of the resource centers, indicated by the working committee members and teachers were lack of budgets, lack of teaching materials, not enough building space, and lack of media production skills.-
