| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียนและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 1 ตามตัวแปรขนาดของโรงเรียน ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 1 จำนวน 487 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 457 ฉบับ คิดเป็นเป็นร้อยละ 93.83 นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความ แตกต่างระหว่างคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟ เฟ (Scheffe’ test) และนำเสนอในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้ 1.สภาพการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียน พบว่า โรงเรียนประถมศึกษามีการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียน ร้อยละ 80.5 โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีทางออกฉุกเฉินหรือบันไดหนีไฟ ไม่มีโรงฝึกพลศึกษา ไม่ได้จัดให้มีการฝึกซ้อมหนีไฟ ไม่มีอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือดับเพลิง และยังขาดครูประจำห้องพยาบาล 2.ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียน โดยส่วนรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย มีปัญหารายข้อที่อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ โรงเรียนขาดอุปกรณ์และเครื่องดับเพลิงไม่มีการตรวจสอบและแนะนำวิธีใช้เครื่องมือดับเพลิง หนังสือและเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับสวัสดิศึกษา มีไม่เพียงพอ ขาดอุปกรณ์และสื่อการเรียนการสอนด้านสวัสดิศึกษา ได้รับการนิเทศจากศึกษานิเทศก์ไม่เพียงพอ และขาดงบประมาณในการดำเนินงานโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียน 3.การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็ก พบว่า มีปัญหาการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 3 ด้าน คือ ปัญหาด้านการจัดบริการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียน ปัญหาด้านการสอนกลุ่มสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ชีวิตด้านสวัสดิศึกษา และปัญหาด้านการจัดดำเนินงานโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of the study were to investigate and to compare the problems of elementary school safety programs under the Jurisdiction of the National Primary Education Commision, the Educational Region one. Questionnaires were sent to four-hundred and eighty-seven Elementary school administrators. Four-hundred and fifty-seven questionnaires, accounted for 93.83 percent, were returned and then analyzed by means of percentages, means and standard deviations. One-way Analysis of Variance and Scheffe’ test were also applied to determine the significant differences. Findings were as follows: 1.About 80.5 percent of primary schools organized school safety programs, but most of them had no emergency doors, no fire exits ladder, no gymnasiums and emergency fire drills, no fire extinguishers and teacher in charge of first aid rooms. 2. School administrators perceived the problems of organizing school safety programs at the low level, except in some aspects that were at the high level, which were: the lack of fire extinguishers, no inspection and suggestion of fire equipment, insufficient of safety education books and materials. Moreover, there were the lack of safety education teaching aids, insufficient supervision and no annual budget for organization of the school safety programs 3. The comparison of the problems in organizing safety programs among the large, medium and small size school, revealed the statistical difference at the .05 level of significance in the three areas, they were the problems of safety service, safety education and the organizing of the school safety programs. |
