| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการรักษาระเบียบวินัยนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดมหาสารคาม 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการรักษาระเบียบวินัยนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดมหาสารคาม วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 52 คน ครู-อาจารย์จำนวน 280 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรในการวิจัยแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) รวมตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยทั้งสิ้น 580 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 2 ชุด เพื่อสอบถามครู-อาจารย์ และนักเรียน แบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร และแนวศึกษาเอกสารเพื่อศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง โดยส่งแบบสอบถามไปจำนวน 528 ฉบับ ได้รับคืน จำนวน 517 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 97.92 ส่วนแบบสัมภาษณ์ได้สัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารจำนวน 52 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ของผู้บริหารทั้งหมด การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แจกแจงความถี่ และหาค่าร้อยละ สรุปผลการวิจัย จากผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. กระบวนการรักษาระเบียบวินัยนักเรียน 1.1 การกำหนดกฎระเบียบ โรงเรียนมีนโยบายในการบริหารงานในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับระเบียบวินัยนักเรียน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของหน่วยงานหลักและสภาพและปัญหาของโรงเรียน กฎระเบียบมีแนวปฏิบัติชัดเจนและกำหนดไว้เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร บุคลากรส่วนใหญ่เห็นด้วยกับกฎระเบียบและมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดกฎระเบียบของโรงเรียน 1.2 การสื่อสารหรือแจ้งกฎระเบียบ โรงเรียนมีการสื่อสารหรือแจ้งกฎระเบียบให้บุคลากรทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบและยอมรับกฎระเบียบร่วมกันโดยใช้วิธีการสื่อสารหรือแจ้งด้วยวาจาและเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร แต่ปรากฏว่าบุคลากรในโรงเรียนรับทราบข้อมูลหรือกฎระเบียบที่แจ้งช้า 1.3 การประเมินพฤติกรรม โรงเรียนพิจารณาสาเหตุของการกระทำผิดเพื่อประกอบการประเมินโดยอาศัยข้อมูลหลายด้านและใช้บุคลากรหลายฝ่ายร่วมกันประเมิน โดยใช้เกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ในกฎระเบียบ 1.4 การปรับพฤติกรรม โรงเรียนมีการประสานงานกับบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องการปรับพฤติกรรมดำเนินการด้วยความเป็นธรรมและยุติธรรมโดยมีการสอบสวนหาสาเหตุของการกระทำผิดก่อนการลงโทษ ภายหลังการปรับพฤติกรรมโรงเรียนมีการติดตามผล บันทึกผลและแจ้งผลการปรับพฤติกรรมให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบ นอกจากนั้นโรงเรียนยังได้จัดให้มีการให้คำปรึกษาสำหรับนักเรียนที่มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระเบียบวินัยของโรงเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลและเป็นกลุ่ม 2. ปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการกำหนดกฎระเบียบ การสื่อสารหรือแจ้งกฎระเบียบการประเมินพฤติกรรม และการปรับพฤติกรรมมีดังนี้ คือ โรงเรียนไม่ได้รับความร่วมมือจากบุคลากรในโรงเรียนเท่าที่ควร กฎระเบียบของโรงเรียนมีข้อปฏิบัติมากเกินไปยากต่อการปฏิบัติ นักเรียนไม่ให้ความสนใจต่อข้อมูลที่แจ้ง การแจ้งดำเนินการชักช้าไม่ต่อเนื่องการขาดความร่วมมือจากบุคลากรในโรงเรียน เกณฑ์ในการประเมินไม่แน่นอน การขาดการติดตามผลการปรับพฤติกรรมอย่างจริงจังและการขาดความร่วมมือจากครู-อาจารย์และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ตามลำดับ |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes of study : 1. To study the students disciplinary process of the secondary schools in Changwat Maha Sarakham. 2. To study the problems related to the students disciplinary process of the secondary schools in Changwat Maha Sarakham. Research procedures : The sample used in this study consisted of 52 school administrators, 280 teachers and 248 students which sampled them through the purposive sampling method. Therefore, the sample used in this research reached the number of 580 altogether. The instruments consisted of two forms of questionnaires which responded by teachers and students, the interview form to be responded by school administrators, and guidelines for documental analysis. The data collection, the researcher sent 528 copies of questionnaires and 517 copies or 97.92 percent were returned. The interview was used and responded by 52 administrators or 100 percent. Then, the collected data were analyzed by means of study content, frequency and percentage. Research findings : The findings in this research can be concluded as follows : 1. The students disciplinary process consists of 1.1 The rules establishment The schools had policies concerning the students rules which were in accordance with main organizations and school condition and problems. The rules consisted of practical guidelines and has been so clearly written. 1.2 The rules announcement To announce or communicate the rules to all the personnel concerned and to have them co-operatively accept them as a practice, the schools had both verbally and literally informed them. However, they were, in fact, late in receiving such an announcement. 1.3 The behavior assessment To find the causes of misbehaviors, the school made use of not only information from various sources but personnel from various divisions as well. The criteria from the rules was also used in the assessment. 1.4 The behavior modification The schools and the personnel concerned had co-operated in the modification which was justically done and the causes had been carefully investigated before the punishment. After the modification there was a follow-up. The record and the results of the modification were reported to the persons concerned. Besides, the schools had arranged a counseling service for the students with disciplinary problems either individually or in groups. 2. Problems on discovering the findings are as follows: - Inadequate co-operation from school personnel – Too many trivial rules to be put into practice – The students' disinterest in the announcement – The lateness and discontinuity of the announcement – Lack of the follow-up – Lack of co-operation from school personnel, parents and students respectively. |
