| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานและศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 8 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนฝ่ายปกครองมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากใน 8 ด้านคือ การทำหน้าที่หัวหน้าฝ่ายปกครอง การอบรมศีลธรรม จรรยามารยาท ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีและวัฒนธรรม การให้คำแนะนำในด้านความประพฤติของนักเรียนและครูให้สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับสังคมและระเบียบประเพณีที่ตนสังกัดอยู่ การวางแผน ควบคุม และแก้ปัญหาการมาโรงเรียนของนักเรียนและการมาทำงานของครู การวิเคราะห์วิจัยปัญหาของนักเรียนที่มีปัญหาเป็นรายบุคคล การวางแผนและจัดให้มีการรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติ เกี่ยวกับการปกครองให้เป็นปัจจุบัน การประสานงานกับผู้ปกครองและร่วมกันแก้ปัญหานักเรียน และการปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในด้านการวางแผนติดตามผลนักเรียนที่สำเร็จจากโรงเรียนไปแล้ว และการวางแผนจัดให้มีการรวบรวมข้อมูลและสถิติเกี่ยวกับงานปกครองให้เป็นปัจจุบัน มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สำหรับปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานโดยส่วนรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า มีปัญหาและอุปสรรคอยู่ในระดับปานกลางในด้านการปกครองดูแลให้ความอบอุ่นและความปลอดภัยแก่นักเรียนในขณะอยู่ในโรงเรียนและการวางแผนติดตามผลนักเรียนที่ออกจากโรงเรียนไปแล้ว |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study job performance, problem and obstacles of assistant directors for discipline affairs in large secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Educational Region eight. The study revealed job performance of assistant directors were of high frequency in 8 aspects ; (1) students personnel administration, (2) developing morale etiquette custom and culture, (3) students physical and psychological safety during school time, (4) behavior modification and social adjustment, (5) planning controlling and problem solving on teachers' and students' school attendance, (6) analyzing students problems, (7) coordination between teachers and parents and, (8) related job performance. The aspects of moderate frequency consisted of (1) students' follow-up system and (2) compilation of statistics for administration . The problems and obstacles in job performance were low in 10 aspects and were moderate in 2 aspects: (1) students physical and physhcological safety during school time and (2) students follow up system. |
