| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาถึงความวิตกกังวลของนักกรีฑาประเภทลู่กลุ่มประเทศอาเซียนที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาซีเกมส์ครั้งที่ 18 ที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประเทศไทย (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความวิตกกังวลตามสถานการณ์กับความวิตกกังวลตามลักษณะนิสัยของนักกรีฑาประเภทลู่กลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน (3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความวิตกกังวลตามสถานการณ์กับความวิตกกังวลตามลักษณะนิสัยระหว่างนักกรีฑาชายกับนักกรีฑาหญิง (4) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความวิตกกังวลตามสถานการณ์กับความวิตกกังวลตามลักษณะนิสัยของนักกรีฑาตามกลุ่มประเภทกรีฑาลู่ระยะสั้น ระยะกลาง และระยะไกล กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักกรีฑาที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาซีเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 18 จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประเทศไทย จำนวน 140 คน เป็นชาย 84 คน หญิง 56 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามความวิตกกังวลตามสถานการณ์และตามลักษณะนิสัยเท่ากับ .86 และ .83 ตามลำดับ นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า "ที" (t-test) และค่า "เอฟ" (F-test) และทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. นักกรีฑาประเภทลู่ของกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียนมีระดับความวิตกกังวลตามสถานการณ์ (State Anxiety) และความวิตกกังวลตามลักษณะนิสัย (Trait Anxiety) อยู่ในระดับสูง ปานกลางซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 47.91 และ 47.50 ตามลำดับ โดยมีนักกรีฑาอินโดนิเซียมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดเท่ากับ 49.89 และ 48.56 ตามลำดับ และนักกรีฑาจากบรูไนมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดเท่ากับ 36.00และ 40.50 ตามลำดับ 2. นักกรีฑาประเภทลู่ที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาซีเกมส์ครั้งที่ 18 ประเทศบรูไน มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความวิตกกังวลตามสถานการณ์แตกต่างกับประเทศอื่น ๆ อีก 5 ประเทศ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนประเทศต่าง ๆ ที่เหลือมีความวิตกกังวลตามสถานการณ์ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. นักกรีฑาชายและนักกรีฑาหญิงประเภทลู่ที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาซีเกมส์ครั้งที่ 18 มีความวิตกกังวลตามสถานการณ์กับความวิตกกังวลตามลักษณะนิสัยไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. นักกรีฑาระยะสั้น ระยะกลาง และระยะไกล ที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาซีเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 18 มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความวิตกกังวลตามสถานการณ์กับตามลักษณะนิสัยไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the anxiety of track athletes of the Association of Southeast Asian nations participating in the 18th SEA Games in Changwat Chiang mai, Thailand concerning the State Trait Anxiety, of male and female, and short, medium, and long distance runners. The sample used in this research were 140 ASEAN track athletes consisting of 84 males and 56 females. The Spielberger's State-Trait Anxiety Inventory was used as an instrument which had a reliability of 0.86 and 0.83 respectively. The obtained data was analyzed in terms of percentages means, and standard deviations. The t-test and F-test, and Scheffe's method were also used to determine the significance differences at 0.05 level. The findings were as follows : 1. The State Trait Anxiety of track athletes had the high level in anxiety with means of 47.91 and 47.50 respectively. Indonesian track athletes had the highest means of 49.89 and 48.56 as opposed to track athletes from Brunei who had the lowest means of 36.00 and 40.50. 2. The State Trait Anxiety of track athletes from Brunei had significant differences at the 0.05 level when compared to those athletes from Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. However, there were no significant differences among those ASEAN track athletes in State-Trait Anxiety. 3. When comparing between ASEAN male and female athletes in 18th SEA Games, there were no significant differences at the 0.05 level in State-Trait Anxiety. 4. When Comparing among ASEAN short, medium and long distance runners, there were no significant differences at the 0.05 level in State-Trait Anxiety. |
