| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของฝ่ายการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 500 คน ที่มีประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป ในโรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพ 7 โรงพยาบาล ที่ได้จากการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของฝ่ายการพยาบาล ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและหาความเที่ยงโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .99 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ สกัดองค์ประกอบด้วยวิธีองค์ประกอบหลัก หมุนแกนองค์ประกอบแบบออโธกอนอลด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ องค์ประกอบของการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของฝ่ายการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพ มีทั้งหมด 7 องค์ประกอบ บรรยายด้วยความแปรปรวนรวมกันคิดเป็นร้อยละ 66.24 ได้แก่ 1. ด้านการบริหารองค์การ เป็นองค์ประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้มากที่สุด คือร้อยละ 17.37 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 21 ตัวแปร 2. ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เป็นองค์ประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 11.52 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 12 ตัวแปร 3. ด้านการเป็นบุคคลที่รอบรู้ เป็นองค์ประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 9.67 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 10 ตัวแปร 4. ด้านการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเป็นทีม เป็นองค์ประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 8.61 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 9 ตัวแปร 5. ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกัน เป็นองค์ประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 7.97 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 9 ตัวแปร 6. ด้านการมีแบบแผนความคิดที่เปิดกว้าง เป็นองค์ประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 7.43 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 8 ตัวแปร 7. ด้านบรรยากาศองค์การ เป็นองค์ประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 3.69 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 4 ตัวแปร | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to explore the factors of learning organization of nursing department, accredited private hospitals in Bangkok Metropolis. The multi-stage sampling technique revealed 500 professional nurses with at least 2 years working experience from 7 accredited private hospitals in Bangkok Metropolis. The research instrument was the Learning Organization of Nursing Department Questionnaire (LONDQ) which was tested for content validity and reliability. The Cronbach’s Alpha was .99. The data was analyzed by Principle Components Analysis and Orthogonal Rotation with Varimax Method. The findings were as follows: The learning organization of the nursing department, accredited private hospitals in Bangkok Metropolis consisted of 7 factors including 73 items which were accounted for 66.24% of total variance: 1. Organization management described by 21 items accounted for 17.37 % 2. Information technology application described 12 items accounted for 11.52 % 3. Personal mastery described 10 items accounted for 9.67 % 4. Team learning described 9 items accounted for 8.61 % 5. Shared vision described 9 items accounted for 7.97 % 6. Mental models described 8 items accounted for 7.43 % and 7. Organization atmosphere described 4 items accounted for 3.69 %. | en |
