dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในโครงการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตและสังคมในการพัฒนาชุมชน รวมทั้งศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานพัฒนาชุมชนของครู และข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ไขปัญหานั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย 1. ครูส่วนมากเคยปฏิบัติบทบาทในการพัฒนาชุมชนที่มีต่อนักเรียนรวมทุกด้าน แต่บทบาทที่ครูเคยปฏิบัติมากที่สุด คือ บทบาทด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม รองลงมา คือ บทบาทด้านการศึกษาและอาชีพ ส่วนบทบาทในการพัฒนาชุมชนที่ครูจำนวนมากที่สุดไม่เคยปฏิบัติ คือ บทบาทด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีและบทบาทด้านการเมืองการปกครอง 2. ครูส่วนมากไม่เคยปฏิบัติบทบาทในการพัฒนาชุมชนที่มีต่อประชาชนรวมทุกด้าน แต่บาทที่ครูไม่เคยปฏิบัติมากที่สุด คือ บทบาทด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี รองลงมา คือ บทบาทด้านสาธารณสุข ส่วนบทบาทในการพัฒนาชุมชนที่ครูจำนวนมากที่สุดเคยปฏิบัติ คือ บทบาทด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และบทบาทด้านการเมืองการปกครอง 3. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานพัฒนาชุมชนของครูรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4. ข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานพัฒนาชุมชนของครู คือ ควรมีการอบรมหรือจัดโครงการต่าง ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาอาชีพที่เหมาะสมแก่คนในท้องถิ่น ควรจัดอบรมสัมมนาครูในด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนให้มากขึ้น รวมทั้งปรับปรุงสวัสดิการของครู ควรปรับปรุงด้านการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรมีการปรับปรุงระบบชลประทานในหมู่บ้าน และรัฐควรจัดสรรงบประมาณเพื่อสนับสนุนงานพัฒนาชุมชนให้มากขึ้น และต่อเนื่อง-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to study the actual roles in community development of secondary school teachers in the secondary community school project for the development of quality of life and society, problems and suggestion concerning community development. Questionnaires were used as the research instruments. The data were then analyzed by means of frequency distribution, percentage, arithmaticmean, and standard deviation. Findings 1. The majority of the teachers played their actual roles in community development for students in all perspectives. Roles in social and culture were ranked the first; Roles in education and vocation were ranked the second. But there are some roles that the majority of the teachers never played : roles in science and technology, and political development. 2. The majority of the teachers never played their actual roles in community development for local people in all perspectives. Roles in science and technology were ranked the first; Roles in public health were ranked the second. But the roles that the majority of the teachers played were roles in social and culture, and political development. 3. Problems and obstacles in practicing community development of teachers in all aspects were at the moderate level. 4. Guidelines for solving the problems in practicing community development of teachers were: -Teachers’ welfare, the co-ordination among agencies involving with community development should be improved – the village irrigation system; and more and continuous allocation of government budget should be highly emphasized.-
