| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียน ประเภท ก. รุ่นอายุไม่เกิน 18 ปี กรมพลศึกษา กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา ประจำปี2553 ในด้านทรัพยากรการจัดการ และกระบวนการจัดการกีฬาของคณะอนุกรรมการในการจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียน ประเภท ก. รุ่นอายุไม่เกิน 18 ปี กรมพลศึกษา การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างคณะอนุกรรมการ จำนวน 27 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้จัดการทีม ผู้ฝึกสอน และผู้ชม จำนวน 444 คน ใช้การสัมภาษณ์สำหรับประธานคณะอนุกรรมการฝ่าย จำนวน 5 คน และใช้แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผู้วิจัยเป็นผู้สร้างขึ้นเอง และนำแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์ที่ได้นำมาสรุปเป็นความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การดำเนินการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียน ประเภท ก. รุ่นอายุไม่เกิน 18 ปี กรมพลศึกษา ในส่วนทรัพยากรการจัดการ พบว่าทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านการเงินและงบประมาณ ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และด้านการจัดการ อยู่ในระดับดี 2. การดำเนินการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียน ประเภท ก. รุ่นอายุไม่เกิน 18 ปี กรมพลศึกษา ในส่วนกระบวนการจัดการกีฬา พบว่าทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดองค์กร ด้านการชี้นำ และด้านการประเมินผล อยู่ในระดับดี 3. การดำเนินการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนักเรียน ประเภท ก. รุ่นอายุไม่เกิน 18 ปี กรมพลศึกษา ในส่วนของความพึงพอใจ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้จัดการทีม ผู้ฝึกสอน และผู้ชม พบว่าทุกด้านได้แก่ ด้านการดำเนินการจัดการแข่งขัน ด้านบุคลากร ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ อยู่ในระดับดี |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the 18 years old division I student football competition management under department of physical education, ministry of tourism and sports, B.E. 2553, regarding the management resources and the sports management process of the sub-committee of 18 years old division I student football competition management under department of physical education. The questionnaire was used with the samples of 27 persons from 9 sub-committee and with the sample of 444 persons including team managers, coaches, and spectators. Five chairpersons of the various sub- committees were interviewed and responded to the developed questionnaire by the researcher. Questionnaire data were analyzed in term of the percentages, means, and standard deviation. Interview results were summarized in descriptive form. The results were found that : 1. The overall resources management factors including man, money, materials and management were all rated at good level. 2. The overall management process including planning, organizing, leading and evaluating were all rated at good level. 3. The satisfaction according to the opinion of team managers, coaches and spectators towarded the overall competition management in personnel, place, equipment and facilities and public relations were all rated at good level. |
