| Abstract: | บริษัทโซนี่ เทคโนโลยี ประเทศไทย เป็นโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ประกอบการผลิตกล้องดีเอสแอลอาร์ และชิ้นส่วนประกอบของกล้องดีเอสแอลอาร์ เมื่อมีผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ทางโรงงานจำเป็นต้องเตรียมการในการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ เพื่อให้ได้สายการผลิตตามความต้องการของการประกอบผลิตภัณฑ์นั้นๆ โดยเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวจำเป็นต้องมีการเตรียมสนับสนุนด้านกายภาพ ทั้งพื้นที่การผลิต และงานระบบประกอบอาคารต่างๆ การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเข้าใจในสภาพปัจจุบัน และปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการจัดเตรียมความพร้อมดังกล่าว และนำเสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไข ตลอดจนนำเสนอโครงสร้างสำหรับบริหารโครงการการจัดเตรียมความพร้อมดังกล่าวต่อไป การศึกษานี้ใช้แนวทางการศึกษาแบบกรณีศึกษา (Case study approach) โดยในการเลือกโครงการ 10 กรณีศึกษา ที่อยู่ช่วง พ.ศ. 2551 ถึง พ.ศ. 2553 เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสำรวจเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องในหัวข้อข้อมูลทั่วไปของโครงการ ความต้องการด้านกายภาพ กระบวนการจัดเตรียมความพร้อมด้านกายภาพ และสัมภาษณ์ผู้เกี่ยวข้องในเรื่องปัญหาและสาเหตุของปัญหา การแก้ปัญหา และผลจากการแก้ปัญหาในแต่ละกรณีศึกษา จากนั้นจึงนำปัญหาและสาเหตุที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ลักษณะปัญหา ความสัมพันธ์ของปัญหากับขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ บทบาทและหน้าที่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และโครงสร้างการบริหารโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดเตรียมความพร้อมด้านกายภาพเพื่อตอบปัญหาการวิจัย จากการศึกษาปัญหาพบว่าทุกโครงการมีปัญหาจากกระบวนการดำเนินการและการประสานงานในปัจจุบัน โดยพบว่ามี 7 ปัญหา ได้แก่ (1) พื้นที่เกินความต้องการ (2) พื้นที่ไม่เพียงพอ (3) ระบบไฟฟ้าไม่เพียงพอ (4) ระบบระบายควันไม่เพียงพอ (5) ระบบปรับอากาศไม่เพียงพอ (6) ขาดระบบไฟฟ้าที่ต้องการ และ (7) ขาดระบบระบายควันพิเศษ ปัญหาที่พบสามารถจัดรูปแบบตามลักษณะของสาเหตุได้ 3 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ ปัญหารูปแบบที่ (1) มีสาเหตุจากข้อมูลทางด้านกายภาพไม่ครบถ้วน และขาดเอกสารมาตรฐานที่ระบุถึงรายการความต้องการด้านกายภาพ ปัญหารูปแบบที่ (2) มีสาเหตุจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงความต้องการเชิงปริมาณ และมีการปรับคุณภาพสายการผลิต และรูปแบบที่ (3) มีสาเหตุจากความผิดพลาดในส่วนดำเนินการออกแบบระบบประกอบอาคาร และยังพบว่าปัญหาที่พบมีความสัมพันธ์กับบทบาทและหน้าที่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีความสัมพันธ์กับโครงสร้างการบริหารการจัดเตรียมความพร้อมด้านกายภาพ จากการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่าปัญหาที่พบมาจากสาเหตุที่สามารถควบคุมได้ ได้แก่ ข้อมูลทางด้านกายภาพไม่ครบถ้วน และความผิดพลาดในส่วนดำเนินการออกแบบระบบประกอบอาคาร และสาเหตุที่ควบคุมได้ยาก ได้แก่ การเปลี่ยนแปลงความต้องการเชิงปริมาณ และมีการปรับคุณภาพสายการผลิต การศึกษานี้นำเสนอแนวความคิดในการจัดเตรียมความพร้อมด้านกายภาพ พร้อมเครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่สำคัญ และเสนอให้มีส่วนงานบริหารทรัพยากรกายภาพ (Facility management) ทำหน้าที่เป็นส่วนประสานงานการจัดเตรียมความพร้อมด้านกายภาพ และการบริหารโครงการ |
| Other Abstract: | Sony Technology Thailand is a company manufacturing DSLR cameras and their parts. When the company has to manufacture a new product, new machines and necessary devices have to be installed. Before the installation, such physical support as manufacturing area and building operation system has to be prepared. The purposes of this study were to find out what the current situations are and what problems arose during the preparation and to suggest solutions including introducing a management structure to execute the preparation. The case study approach was used in this study based on 10 case studies from 2008 to 2010. The data were collected by reviewing related ducuments concerning general information, the projects' physical requirements, and the processes of the physical preparation. Then the interviews with related individuals were conducted focusing on problems, their causes, solutions and consequences of each. the problems and their causes were analyzed to determine the relationships of the problems, the operational steps, the roles and responsiblities of the concerned agencies and the management structure of physical preparation. It was found that there were problems in each project resulting from operational steps and coordination. The problems wer (1) unnecessary area, (2) not enough required area, (3) not enough electricity system, (4) notenough smoke ventilation system, (5) not enough air-conditioning system, (6) a lack of required amount of electricity, and (7) a lack of special smoke ventilation system. The problems arose from 3 causes: (1) incomplete physical information and a lack of standard documents specifying the physical requirements, (2) a change in quantitative needs and an improvement on the production line, and (3) errors in the system designs and the designs of building operation systems. The problems were related to the roles and responsibilities of the concerned agencies and were related to the management structure of physical preparation. It can be concluded that the problems resultd from manageable causes such as incomplete physical information and errors in the system designs and the designs of building operation systems and causes which were difficult to manage such as a change in quantitative needs and an improvement on the production line. This study proposes a new management structure of preparation and tools to colllect important data. In addition, it introduces facility management acting as a coordinator of physical preparation and project management. |
