dc.description.abstractที่มาของงานวิจัยนี้คือ สภาพการแข่งขันของสถาบันการศึกษาในสาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมและเทคโนโลยีที่สูงขึ้น คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จึงต้องการพัฒนาคุณภาพการดำเนินงานของคณะ เพื่อมุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางคุณภาพการศึกษาที่เป็นเลิศของประเทศไทย โดยการ ใช้แนวทางของเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติ มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพที่เป็นเลิศ เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ในการสร้างระบบการประกันคุณภาพของหน่วยงาน สนับสนุนคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ 2) เพื่อประเมินระบบประกันคุณภาพของหน่วยงาน สนับสนุนของคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ในปัจจุบัน เทียบกับเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติ 3) เพื่อสร้างแนวทางระบบประกันคุณภาพของหน่วยงานสนับสนุนคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อมุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางคุณภาพตามแนวทางของรางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติ ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานวิจัยนี้ ได้แก่ (I) ศึกษาระบบประกันคุณภาพในปัจจุบันของคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มาตรฐานและเกณฑ์คุณภาพต่างๆ ที่คณะนำมาใช้ (II) ศึกษาเอกสารเกี่ยวกับระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาและรางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติ (III) ประเมินระบบการประกันคุณภาพปัจจุบันตามเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติ เพื่อค้นหาจุดที่ต้องการการปรับปรุง (IV) ค้นหาแนวทางวิธีการปรับปรุงอันเป็นพื้นฐานในการจัดการคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กร และความพร้อมสมัครเข้ารับรางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติต่อไป (V) ทดลองปรับปรุง โดยการใช้เครื่องมือเพิ่มผลิตภาพ ได้แก่ กิจกรรม 5 ส. กิจกรรมกลุ่มคุณภาพ และระบบข้อเสนอแนะ (VI) สรุปผลการทดลองปรับปรุง (VII) นำเสนอรูปแบบระบบประกันคุณภาพภายหลังจากที่ได้มีการดำเนินกิจกรรมเพิ่มผลิตภาพทั้งสามกิจกรรม สรุปผลได้ว่า กิจกรรมเพิ่มผลิตภาพทั้งสามทำให้ระบบประกันคุณภาพของคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มีความสมบูรณ์ตามวงจรคุณภาพ Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) อันเป็นพื้นฐาน ในการจัดการคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กร และความพร้อมสมัครเข้ารับรางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติต่อไปen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research background is the competition among engineering and technology school. The Faculty of Engineering Chulalongkorn concern to this state and need to develop QA system using TQA criteria. The objectives of this research are 1) to study the best quality assurance approach which can be applied to the supporting units of the faculty 2) to assess quality assurance system by using TQA criteria 3) to develop the quality assurance system of the supporting units of the faculty of Engineering toward TQA. The research were composed of seven phases; I) studying the present Quality Assurance System. II) Study the relevance literature of Quality Assurance System in Higher Education, TQA criteria, and the National Quality Award around the world III) Assessing the present QA system by using TQA criteria to find out the improvement opportunity. IV) Identifying the solution for improvement from TQA successful organizations V) Implementing the solution to the supporting units by using 5S ,The QC Circle and Suggestion system VI) Evaluate the result from the improvement. This research applied three quality improvement activities as tools to complete the cycle of quality management by initiating the improvement phase in the operation process of the supporting units which is the important base for total quality management and strengthened the faculty readiness to the application of Thailand Quality Award.en_US
