dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการใช้เอกสารของผู้เขียนบทความประจำหนังสือพิมพ์รายวันในด้านประเภท สาขาวิชา ภาษา อายุของเอกสารที่ใช้ พร้อมทั้งปริมาณการใช้เอกสาร แหล่งเอกสารที่ใช้และปัญหาในการใช้เอกสาร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เขียนบทความประจำใช้เอกสารประเภทหนังสือพิมพ์ในระดับมาก และใช้สาขาวิชาของเอกสารประกอบการเขียนบทความประจำในระดับปานกลางกระจายออกไปเกือบทุกสาขาวิชาเรียงตามลำดับ ได้แก่ ความรู้ทั่วไป สังคมศาสตร์ ภาษาศาสตร์ ภูมิศาสตร์การท่องเที่ยวและประวัติศาสตร์ปรัชญา ศาสนา วรรณคดี เทคโนโลยี และศิลป ยกเว้นสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ ซึ่งมีการใช้ในระดับน้อย ภาษาของเอกสารที่ผู้เขียนบทความประจำใช้ในระดับมากคือ เอกสารภาษาไทยและเป็นเองสารใหม่ที่มีอายุไม่เกิน ๖ เดือน แหล่งเอกสารที่ผู้เขียนบทความประจำใช้ในระดับมาก คือ เอกสารส่วนตัวและปัญหาในการใช้เอกสารส่วนใหญ่ที่ผู้เขียนบทความประจำประสบคือ เวลาที่ใช้ในการเขียนบทความกำจัด ทำให้ไม่มีเวลาไปใช้เอกสารจากแหล่งเอกสารต่าง ๆ ส่วนปัญหาที่ประสบจากการใช้ห้องสมุดหนังสือพิมพ์คือ ข้อมูลในห้องสมุดหนังสือพิมพ์มีน้อยไม่เพียงพอกับความต้องการ ผลการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้ประเภท สาขาวิชา ภาษาและอายุของเอกสารตลอดจนแหล่งเอกสารและปัญหาในการใช้เอกสารกับลักษณะเฉพาะบุคคล (อายุ การศึกษา ประสบการณ์) จำนวนบทความประจำที่เขียน และเนื้อหาที่เขียนลงในบทความประจำปรากฏว่าสอดคล้องกับแนวเหตุผลที่ตั้งไว้เพียงส่วนน้อย คือ การใช้ประเภทและสาขาวิชาของเอกสารมีความสัมพันธ์กับจำนวนบทความประจำที่เขียน และ ปัญหาในการใช้ห้องสมุดหนังสือพิมพ์มีความสัมพันธ์กับอายุของผู้เขียนบทความประจำ	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research is to study how daily newspaper columnists make use of documents. In particular, the research examines types, subject matters, languages, and ages of documents used as well as quantity, sources, and problems related to the use of documents. The result shows that daily columnists make extensive use of newspaper In regard to subject matters, columnists use documents in almost all subject which can sort in order of importance as follows: general knowledge, social sciences, linguistics, geography tourism and history, philosophy, theology, literature, technology, and arts. Reference to documents concerning natural science is less common. Most columists make extensive use of Thai documents especially these not older than 6 months. In regard to sources of documents, the study shows that most columnists use their privately-owned documents. The most common problem related to document usage is that columnists normally have insufficient time to conduct exhaustive research from various sources. Problem pertaining to newspaper library is at information in the library is inadequate and cannot meet colomnists' needs. The correlation test of types, subject matters, languages, ages of documents, sources, problems about document usage and characteristics of columnists (ages, education, experience), number of articles as well as contents of articles, shows that types and subject matters correlate. with the number of articles normally written. Problems about newspaper library also correlate with the ages of columnists.	-
