| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา การบริหารความเสี่ยงในห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยในด้านวัตถุประสงค์ ผู้รับผิดชอบประเภทของความเสี่ยง และกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยงรวมทั้งปัญหาในการบริหารความเสี่ยงในห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารห้องสมุดที่ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการ หัวหน้าห้องสมุด หรือผู้มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบหลักในการบริหารความเสี่ยง รวมทั้งสิ้น 101 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมาจำนวน 93 ชุด (ร้อยละ 92.08)ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยส่วนใหญ่ มีการบริหารความเสี่ยงเพื่อให้สอดคล้อง กับนโยบายการบริหารความเสี่ยงของมหาวิทยาลัย มีคณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยงเป็น ผู้รับผิดชอบการบริหารความเสี่ยง และมีการระบุความเสี่ยงและปัจจัยเสี่ยง ตามกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยง สำหรับประเภทของความเสี่ยง พบว่า ห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยประสบความเสี่ยงในระดับปานกลางและระดับน้อย โดยความเสี่ยงที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ความเสี่ยงด้านการดำเนินงาน ส่วนปัญหาในการบริหารความเสี่ยง พบว่า ห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยประสบปัญหาในระดับปานกลางและระดับน้อย โดยปัญหาที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องการบริหารความเสี่ยงของบุคลากรยังมีไม่เพียงพอ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research are to: 1) study risk management in university libraries, in terms of, objectives, responsible persons, types of risk and risk management process; and 2) problems in risk management. This study was a survey research which 101 questionnaires were distributed to collected data from library directors or those responsible for risk management. Ninety three questionnaires were returned (92.08%). The research findings indicate that most university libraries manage risks in accordance with risk management policies of the universities. Most of them have the Risk Management Committee responsible for the process. The majority of the libraries identify risks and risk factors. They encounter risks at medium and low level with the highest mean score on operational risk. The problem which receives highest mean score is that the library staff has inadequate knowledge on risk management. | en_US |
