| dc.description.abstract | การจัดเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย อาคารประเภทศูนย์การค้า เป็นเรื่องที่มีความสำคัญกับอาคารและผู้ใช้อาคาร ซึ่งแต่ละอาคารมีรายละเอียดของบริหารจัดการแตกต่างกัน ผู้ศึกษาจึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการจัดเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย ในอาคารประเภทศูนย์การค้า เขตปทุมวัน เพื่อเป็นความรู้ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานของการจัดเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ใช้แนวทางการศึกษาเชิงประจักษ์ (Empirical study) และเลือกใช้ระเบียบวิธีแบบกรณีศึกษา (Case study Approach) มีเกณฑ์การเลือกเพื่อให้สามารถศึกษาได้ตามกรอบการศึกษา ได้แก่ อาคารศูนย์การค้า เขตปทุมวัน ที่มีลักษณะเป็นกลุ่มอาคาร มีพื้นที่อาคารเชื่อมต่อถึงกัน และขนาดพื้นที่อาคาร 30,000 ตารางเมตรขึ้นไป และความสามารถในการเข้าถึงข้อมูล โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษา คือ ช่วงเปิดทำการอาคาร ใช้วิธีการสืบค้นจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสังเกต และการสัมภาษณ์ และช่วงปิดทำการอาคาร ใช้วิธีการสืบค้นจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการสัมภาษณ์ จากการศึกษา พบว่าการจัดเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยทั้ง 3 อาคาร มีเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยแบบบริษัทในเครือ และแบบจัดจ้างภายนอก ทำงานร่วมกัน ซึ่งมีจำนวนเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยแบบบริษัทในเครือมากกว่าแบบจัดจ้างภายนอก การจัดให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย แบบจัดจ้างภายนอกของแต่ละอาคารมีเหตุผลต่างกัน ได้แก่ อาคารศูนย์การค้า A และอาคารศูนย์การค้า B จัดจ้างภายนอกเพื่อทำหน้าที่ทดแทนเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยแบบบริษัทในเครือที่ขาดจุดปฏิบัติงาน ซึ่งเลือกจัดจ้างบริษัทภายนอกที่มีชื่อเสียงและมีประวัติดี และอาคารศูนย์การค้า C จัดจ้างภายนอกเพื่อทำหน้าที่ตามจุดที่กำหนด ซึ่งเลือกจัดจ้างบริษัทภายนอกจากความน่าเชื่อถือ การรับประกันความเสียหายและสูญเสียของทรัพย์สิน โดยแต่ละอาคารมีรูปแบบการจัดเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยและเครื่องมือ แตกต่างกัน โดยจัดให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยและเครื่องมือ ในพื้นที่เชื่อมต่อถนนใหญ่ พื้นที่เชื่อมต่อรถไฟฟ้า พื้นที่เชื่อมต่ออาคารใกล้เคียง พื้นที่เชื่อมต่อภายในอาคาร พื้นที่ทางสัญจร และพื้นที่ขนส่งสินค้า เหมือนกัน สรุปได้ว่า อาคารศูนย์การค้า 3 อาคาร มีการจัดเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยและเครื่องมือสอดคล้องกับทฤษฏีงานรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ว่าด้วยการจัดเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยและเครื่องมือให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละอาคาร โดยคำนึงถึงตำแหน่งของอาคาร จำนวนผู้ใช้อาคาร ประเภทของผู้ใช้อาคาร จำนวนช่องทางเข้า – ออก (เชื่อมต่ออาคารกับส่วนต่าง ๆ) และลักษณะทางกายภาพของแต่ละอาคาร | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Management of security guards in shopping malls is of ulmost importance to the building, shoppers and employees. As each establishment’s management approach differs, it was the aim of this study to examine the management of security guards in shopping malls located in Pathumwan district so as to attain understanding of the basics of their security guard management. This research is an empirical study based on the case study approach. Cased studied consisted of shopping malls in the Pathumwan area which are of 30,000 sq.m. And over is size and exist in clusters with connecting walkways. During the buildings’ opening hours, data was collected from related documents, observations and interviews. Outside their opening hours, data was obtained from related documents and interviews. The study findings show that the management of the security guards of the three shopping malls was similar. The three establishments retained security services from both their subsidiaries and from outsourcing to security firm, with the personnel from their subsidiaries outnumbering those outsourced. Each shopping mall had their own reasons for outsourcing their security guards. Shopping mall A and shopping mall B outsourced to supplement security guards from their subsidiaries. When outsourcing,they chose to hire guards from well known companies with a good record. Shopping mall C outsourced security guards to man designed points. Selection was made based on the outsourced companies’s reputation and their insurance of damage to and loss of assets. Each shopping mall utilized a different style of security guard management and different equipment. However, they all stationed their security guards and equipment in areas connecting to main roads, walkways connecting to the BTS, walkways linking the adjacent buildings, walkways inside the buildings, roads and goods, loading areas. In conclusion, the three shopping malls’ management of security guards and equipment was in line with the principle of appropriate management of security guards and equipment . Decisions were made based on location of the building, the number and type of people in the shopping mall, the number of entrances and exits (connecting the building to other areas) and the physical infrastructure of a particular building | en_US |
