| Abstract: | การวิจัยเรื่อง กรอบในการคัดเลือกข่าวของสถานีข่าวทีเอ็นเอ็น 24 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการคัดเลือกข่าวของสถานีข่าวทีเอ็นเอ็น 24 และการเก็บความถี่หัวข้อข่าว ความยาวข่าว และลำดับข่าว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบถึงกรอบในการคัดเลือกข่าวของสถานีข่าวทีเอ็นเอ็น 24 เพื่อทราบถึงผลกระทบในการออกอากาศข่าว 24 ชั่วโมงต่อการนำเสนอข่าวของสถานีข่าวทีเอ็นเอ็น 24 และเพื่อทราบถึงประเภทข่าวที่สถานีข่าวทีเอ็นเอ็น 24 ให้ความสำคัญในการนำเสนอ โดยศึกษาตั้งแต่ วันที่ 10 ตุลาคม 2553 ถึง วันที่ 10 พฤศจิกายน 2553 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1.กรอบในการคัดเลือกข่าวของสถานีข่าวทีเอ็นเอ็น 24 ประกอบด้วยปัจจัย 2 ปัจจัยได้แก่ปัจจัยภายในองค์กร ประกอบด้วย การบริหารงานและนโยบายการผลิตงานสื่อ ทัศนคติของผู้คัดเลือกข่าว และการเผยแพร่และการออกอากาศ ปัจจัยภายนอกองค์กร ประกอบด้วย คุณค่าของข่าว แรงกดดันทางสังคมและการเมือง และแรงกดดันทางเศรษฐกิจ 2.การออกอากาศข่าว 24 ชั่วโมง ของสถานีข่าวทีเอ็นเอ็น 24 มีผลกระทบต่อ รูปแบบรายการ บุคลากร และ เนื้อหาข่าว โดยรูปแบบรายการของสถานีข่าวทีเอ็นเอ็น 24 จะต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามช่วงเวลาการออกอากาศ บุคลากรจะต้องทำงานเป็นช่วงเวลา ขณะที่เนื้อหาข่าวจะต้องมีการ ตัดทอน เพิ่มเติมข่าวสาร และตกแต่งข่าวสารใหม่ เพื่อตอบสนองต่อการนำเสนอข่าว 24 ชั่วโมงที่มีพื้นที่ในการออกอากาศข่าวเป็นจำนวนมาก 3.ข่าวที่ได้รับความสำคัญในการนำเสนอของสถานีข่าวทีเอ็นเอ็น 24 ขึ้นอยู่ที่คุณค่าของข่าว ไม่ได้ขึ้นอยู่ที่ประเภทของข่าว โดยข่าวใดที่มีคุณค่ามากจะได้รับความสำคัญในการนำเสนอมาก |
| Other Abstract: | This qualitative research incorporates in-depth interviews with key staffs that directly handle news selection within TNN24 and incorporates data gathering of the contents, lengths, and news priority that were broadcast. The goal is to discover the framework that outlines news selection at TNN24. It explores the impact 24-hour news format has on TNN24’s news presentation and discover the type of news that TNN24 prioritizes through research from October 10th to November 10th 2010. The research found: 1. The framework of news selection at TNN24 comprise of 2 factors. Internal factors are management and policy, vision of gatekeeper, and the dissemination and broadcast. External factors are news value, media competition, and the state’s media policy. 2. The 24-hour format of TNN24 has impacted the format, content, and personnel of the news station. News programs shift according to the time, news contents are constantly cut down and added, and personnel work in shifts to respond to the required 24-hour format. 3. The news that TNN24 prioritizes depends on the news value and not on the type of news, whereby news with the most worth will receive more air-time. |
