dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดสองครั้งก่อนและหลังการทดลอง เรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบอาการทางจิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการความเครียด 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบอาการทางจิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการความเครียดกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ได้รับการรักษาในหน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกจิตเวช โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี และมีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ จำนวน 40 คน ซึ่งได้รับการจับคู่เข้ากลุ่มทดลอง และกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 20 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับการดูแลตามโปรแกรมการจัดการความเครียดที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วยการดำเนินกิจกรรมกลุ่ม 6 ครั้ง ได้แก่ การให้ความรู้เรื่องความเครียดและฝึกทักษะการผ่อนคลาย การเสริมสร้างความแข็งแรงของร่างกาย การจัดการความเครียดที่เกิดจากการรับประทานยา การจัดการกับอาการทางจิต การแก้ไขปัญหาในชีวิตประจำวัน และการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสาร ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ 1) โปรแกรมการจัดการความเครียด 2) แบบประเมินอาการทางจิต Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale และ 3) แบบประเมินทักษะการจัดการความเครียด ซึ่งเครื่องมือได้ผ่านการทดสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน และเครื่องมือ 2 ชุดหลัง มีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบราคเท่ากับ .82 และ .78 ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. อาการทางจิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการความเครียด ต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการความเครียด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. อาการทางจิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการความเครียด ต่ำกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this quasi-experimental research using the pretest-posttest design were: 1) to compare the psychotic symptoms of schizophrenic patients before and after received the stress management program, and 2) to compare the psychotic symptoms of schizophrenic patients who received stress management program and those who received routine nursing care. Forty of schizophrenic patients receiving in outpatients department, Ramathibodi Hospital, who met the inclusion criteria, were matched pair and assigned to experimental group and control group, 20 subjects in each group. The experimental group received the stress management program composed of 6 group activities to improve relevant skills including relaxation, physical strength, symptoms and medication management, life problem management, and communication. The control group received routine nursing care. Research instruments were: 1) the stress management program, 2) The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale, and 3) The Stress management skill scale. The instruments were tested for content validity by 5 professional experts. The Chronbach’s Alpha coefficient reliability of the two latter instruments was .82 and .78, respectively. The t-test was used in data analysis. Major findings were as follows: 1. The psychotic symptoms of schizophrenic patients who received the stress management program was significantly less than before, at the .05 level. 2. The psychotic symptoms of schizophrenic patients who received the stress management program was significantly less than those who receive routine nursing care, at the .05 level.	en_US
