| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก (2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก (3) เพื่อทดลองใช้และประเมินผลโปรแกรมการจัดการศึกษา เพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก (4) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขที่เกี่ยวข้องของโปรแกรมการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยได้แก่ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำนวน 46 คน โดยผู้วิจัยใช้การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi Experiment) ประกอบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ในรูปแบบการทดลองแบบกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม (Pretest-Posttest Design) การวิจัยแบ่งกระบวนการวิจัยออกเป็น 3 ระยะได้แก่ (1) ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก (2) ระยะที่ 2 การทดลองใช้และประเมินผลโปรแกรมการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก (3) ระยะที่ 3 การศึกษาปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขที่เกี่ยวข้องของโปรแกรมการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก โดยผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. โปรแกรมการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก พัฒนาตามแนวคิดกระบวนการพัฒนาโปรแกรมเชิงสถาบันของ Boyle (1981) 5 ขั้นตอน เนื้อหาของโปรแกรมมี 12 ส่วน โดยมีเนื้อหาสาระของการเรียนรู้ประกอบด้วยแนวคิดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต แนวคิดและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนีโอฮิวแมนนิส จิตวิทยาเด็ก และการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย การบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก การพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอน ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วม 2. ผลการศึกษาระดับความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตของผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กพบว่าอยู่ในระดับดี 3. ผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก พบว่า ผู้ที่เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตเพิ่มขึ้นภายหลังจากการได้รับการฝึกอบรมโปรแกรมดังกล่าว และพบว่าระดับความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตของกลุ่มทดลองกับกลุ่มควบคุมมีความแตกต่างกัน โดยกลุ่มทดลองมีความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตมากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 4. การศึกษาปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขที่เกี่ยวข้องของโปรแกรมการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จของการนำโปรแกรมดังกล่าวไปใช้ประโยชน์ คือ การมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชน และปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กโดยมีเงื่อนไขสำคัญคือ การได้รับการสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหารขององค์กร |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of the study were (1) to develop an educational management program to enhance abilities in organizing lifelong education activity management program for practitioners in child development centers (2) to study the capability level of lifelong learning activities management program for practitioners in child development centers (3) to implement and evaluate educational management program to enhance abilities in organizing lifelong education activities management program for practitioners in child development centers, and (4) to study factors and conditions concerning educational management program to enhance abilities in organizing lifelong education activity management program for practitioners in child development centers. Samples for this research were 46 practitioners in child development centers. The researcher applied both the quasi experiment approach as a quantitative research method and the content analysis to interpret qualitative data in the form of pretest-posttest design. This study was divided into three phases including: Phase 1: developing of the program, Phase 2: implementing and evaluating the program, and Phase 3: Studying factors and conditions concerning the program. The results of the study found that: 1. The program that was developed by applying Boyle (1981) program institution concept included five processes and twelve parts of content consisting of: concept and theory of lifelong learning of Neo-humanist, child psychology, early child development, child development centers management, instruction media development, creative thinking theory, and the concept of participatory learning. 2. The capacity level of lifelong learning activity management program for practitioners in child development centers was at a good level. 3. The results of implementation and application of the program indicated that trainees gained more knowledge and understanding as well as the capacity to manage a lifelong learning activity after they had been trained. Also, the study found that the capacity of experimental group and the control group to manage a lifelong learning activity were different where the experimental group had higher capacity to manage lifelong learning activity better than the control group at 0.05 significant level. 4. A study of factors and conditions of the program included the participation in the community, the support from child development centers, the significance and interest in self-development by lifelong learning of related organizations found that the influencing factors of successful application of this program is community participation and personal factors of practitioners in child development center with the condition of support from administrators or leaders. |
