| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับของความเครียด บุคลิกภาพ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลิกภาพและความเครียด และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเครียดของพนักงานขับรถโดยสารประจำทางเพศหญิง องค์การขนส่งมวลชนกรุงเทพ โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานขับรถโดยสารประจำทางเพศหญิงทั้งหมด จำนวน 119 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบทดสอบบุคลิกภาพ MPI (The Maudsley Personality Inventory) และแบบวัดความเครียดสวนปรุง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย, ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, Chi-square test และ Logistic Regression Analysis ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พนักงานขับรถโดยสารประจำทางเพศหญิง ส่วนใหญ่มีความเครียดระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.9 อย่างไรก็ตามพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความเครียดเท่ากับ 44.3 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับเครียดสูง บุคลิกภาพส่วนใหญ่พบว่าเป็นแบบแสดงตัวและมั่นคงทางอารมณ์ (Extravert-Stable) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.2 ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลิกภาพและความเครียด พบว่า บุคลิกภาพแบบแสดงตัว-อ่อนไหวและบุคลิกภาพแบบเก็บตัว-อ่อนไหว มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดความเครียดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p < 0.001 ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเครียดของพนักงานขับรถโดยสารประจำทางเพศหญิง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p < 0.05 คือ การสูบบุหรี่ การดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ การใช้ยาหรือสารที่ออกฤทธิ์ต่อจิตประสาท กิจกรรมจับจ่ายซื้อของในยามว่าง ความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวแบบไม่ราบรื่น และความสัมพันธ์กับผู้จัดการสายแบบมีปัญหาขัดแย้งกันบ้าง ปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายการเกิดความเครียด ได้แก่ การใช้ยาหรือสารที่ออกฤทธิ์ต่อจิตประสาท และบุคลิกภาพแบบแสดงตัว-อ่อนไหวและบุคลิกภาพแบบเก็บตัว-อ่อนไหว ผลการศึกษาที่ได้จะเป็นข้อมูลแก่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการหาวิธีการจัดการกับความเครียด และพัฒนางานด้านการส่งเสริมและป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจิตของพนักงานขับรถโดยสารประจำทางเพศหญิง |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this cross-sectional descriptive study was to find out the level of stress, personality, relationship between personality and stress and related factors among female bus drivers of Bangkok Mass Transit Authority. The subjects of this study consisted of all 119 female bus drivers. The research measurements were demographic data questionnaire, personality test (The Maudsley Personality Inventory) and Suanprung stress test. Data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows. Statistical analyses included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square test and Logistic Regression Analysis. The results of this study showed that most female bus drivers had moderate stress level (42.9 %) however the mean score was 44.3 in the high stress level. Personalities of female bus drivers were extraversion and emotional stability (46.2 %). The relationship between personality and stress showed extraversion-neuroticism and introversion-neuroticism was correlated to stress (p < 0.001). The factors related to stress of female bus drivers (p < 0.05) were smoking, alcohol use, sedative drug use, shopping, family relationship problem and relationship problem with bus manager. Two predictive variables of stress were sedative drug use and extraversion-neuroticism and introversion-neuroticism. The finding of study will contribute to stress management planning and promotion of better mental health as well as preventing the mental health problems for female bus drivers. |
