dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาคุณลักษณะของผู้ดำเนินการสนทนาในการวิจัยแบบสนทนากลุ่ม โดยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ การศึกษารายกรณีนักวิจัยที่มีความรู้และมีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสม รวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสังเกตอย่างมีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์อย่างเป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการ การศึกษาเอกสาร และดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการตีความเพื่อสรุป ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่าคุณลักษณะของผู้ดำเนินการสนทนาในการวิจัยแบบสนทนากลุ่มที่สำคัญ มีดังนี้ 1) การแต่งกายสุภาพเรียบร้อย 2) แสดงออกซึ่งสีหน้า กริยา ท่าทาง คำพูดที่พึงประสงค์ 3) ให้เกียรติแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมสนทนา 4) ยอมรับฟังความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่าง 5) มีสติปัญญาดี ความคิดความจำดี 6) มีทักษะความคิดเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ 7) มีความรู้ในวิธีวิทยาวิจัยและเทคนิคต่าง ๆ 8) มีความรู้ความสามารถทางด้านจิตวิทยาสังคม 9) มีทักษะการเขียนรายงานผลการวิจัยที่ดี 10) มีพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารที่มีชีวิตชีวาและเป็นธรรมชาติ 11) มีน้ำเสียงน่าฟัง เน้นเนื้อความเพื่อให้น่าสนใจ 12) พูดชัดเจน สื่อสารถูกต้องทั้งรูปประโยคและความหมาย 13) เป็นผู้ฟังที่ดีและสามารถจับประเด็นสำคัญได้ดี 14) มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการและวิธีการวิจัยแบบสนทนากลุ่ม 15) มีความเข้าใจในวัตถุประสงค์และขอบเขตของการวิจัย 16) มีความเข้าใจในคำถามการสนทนา 17) มีทักษะการกล่าวเริ่มต้นและจบการสนทนา 18) มีทักษะในการใช้คำถามประเภทต่าง ๆ 19) มีความคิดคล่องแคล่วเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลเพื่อจุดประเด็นคำถามได้ 20) สร้างบรรยากาศผ่อนคลายได้ 21) มีความยืดหยุ่น และ 22) มีความเข้าใจและสามารถใช้เทคนิคในการปรับพฤติกรรม	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	Studies the characteristics of the moderator in focus group research by using the qualitative research method and case study of knowledgeable and qualified researcher. The data were collected by participant observation, formal and informal interview and document study. The data were analyzed by the method of content analysis. The research findings were the important characteristics of the moderator in focus group research as follows : 1) polite dressing 2) presenting of desirable expression, behavior, gesture and speech 3) paying honor to the participants 4) acceptance the different ideas 5) intelligence and good memory 6) scientific thinking skill 7) having ability in research methodology and techniques 8) knowledge and ability in social psychology 9) research report writing ability 10) delightful and natural communication behavior 11) the attractive voice tone, the emphasizing the importance of content 12) the clear and correct verbal communication 13) being a good listener and being able to know main ideas 14) having knowledge and ability in focus group method 15) understanding the scope of research and its objectives 16) understanding focus group interview's arguments 17) having skills in opening and closing of the focus group interview 18) having skills in using questions 19) fluent thinking of linking questions and data 20) the ability in creating relaxing atmosphere 21) being a flexible person and 22) able and understanding to use behavior modification techniques	en
