| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาตัวประกอบของสมรรถภาพของผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ตามการรับรู้ของตนเอง ผู้บริหาร และลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ตัวประกอบของสมรรถภาพของผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร มี 8 ตัวประกอบ คือ ทัศนคติต่อกิจการลูกเสือ การเป็นผู้นำลูกเสือ ความรู้ ความรู้ ความเข้าใจในกิจการลูกเสือ ความรู้และทักษะในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ บุคลิกลักษณะในการเป็นผู้นำลูกเสือ คุณลักษณะทางสติปัญญาในการเป็นผู้นำลูกเสือ ความรู้ความเข้าใจในการฝึกอบรมลูกเสือ และทักษะในการฝึกอบรมลูกเสือ 2. ตัวประกอบของสมรรถภาพของผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ตามการรับรู้ของผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ มี 6 ตัวประกอบ คือ การเป็นผู้นำและทัศนคติต่อการฝึกอบรมลูกเสือ ความรู้ความเข้าใจและทักษะ การบริหารงานในกองลูกเสือ ทัศนคติต่อกิจการลูกเสือ คุณลักษณะทางสติปัญญาในการเป็นผู้นำลูกเสือคุณลักษณะทางสติปัญญาในการเป็นผู้นำลูกเสือ ความรู้ในการประยุกต์วิชาการลูกเสือ และความรู้ในงานธุรการของกองลูกเสือในโรงเรียน 3. ตัวประกอบของสมรรถภาพของผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ตามการรับรู้ของลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ มี 7 ตัวประกอบ คือ ความรู้ความเข้าใจและทักษะการบริหารงานในกองลูกเสือ การเป็นผู้นำลูกเสือทัศนคติต่อกิจการลูกเสือ คุณลักษณะทางสติปัญญาในการเป็นผู้นำลูกเสือ ความรู้และทักษะในการประยุกต์วิชาการลูกเสือ คุณลักษณะทางอุปนิสัยในการเป็นผู้นำลูกเสือ และความพร้อมในการเป็นผู้นำลูกเสือ 4. ตัวประกอบของสมรรถภาพของผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ที่ร่วมกันในทุกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง มี 4 ตัวประกอบ คือ ทัศนคติต่อกิจการลูกเสือ การเป็นผู้นำลูกเสือ ความรู้ความเข้าใจและทักษะการบริหารงานในกองลูกเสือ และคุณลักษณะทางสติปัญญาในการเป็นผู้นำลูกเสือ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the factural structures of the competencies of senior scout leaders in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the department of general education, Bangkok Metropolis, as perceived by themselves, administrators and senior scouts. The findings were as follow : 1. From the administrator group, there were eight factors dealt with the competencies of senior scout leaders : Attitude in scout activities, scout leadership, knowledge about scout activities, relationship skill and knowledge, scout leadership personality, intelligence characteristics for scout leadership, cognitive in scout training, and scout instruction skill. 2. From the senior scout leader group, there were six factors dealt with the competencies of senior scout leaders : scout organization administration knowledge and skill scout leadership and attitude in scout activities, intelligence characteristics for scout leadership, scouting application knowledge, and knowledge in office work of scout group in school. 3. From the senior scout group, there were seven factors dealt with the competencies of senior scout leaders : scout organization administration knowledge and skill, scout leadership, attitude in scout activities, intelligence characteristics for scout leadership, scout application knowledge and skill, habit of scout leadership, and readiness for scout leadership. 4. Four factor of the competencies of senior scout leader were found cut across the three groups : attitude in scout activities, scout leadership, scout organization administration knowledge and skill, and intelligence characteristics for scout leadership. |
