| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหาร เพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนประถม ศึกษาในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 396 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน หรือครูผู้ทำหน้าที่รับผิดชอบงานกิจการนักเรียน ครูประจำชั้น และประธานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โรงเรียนละ 1 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 1,564 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติบรรยายได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และการใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1)สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึง ประสงค์ของนักเรียนประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง([ค่าเฉลี่ย] = 2.67) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทั้ง 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ (1) การวางแผน ([ค่าเฉลี่ย] = 2.82) (2) การนำแผนสู่การปฏิบัติ([ค่าเฉลี่ย] = 2.64)และ (3)การประเมินผล ([ค่าเฉลี่ย] = 2.51)ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ ของนักเรียนประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้น ฐานในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ([ค่าเฉลี่ย] = 4.95)เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้ง 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ (1) การนำแผนสู่การปฏิบัติ ([ค่าเฉลี่ย] = 4.97) (2) การวางแผน ([ค่าเฉลี่ย] = 4.95) และ (3)การประเมินผล ([ค่าเฉลี่ย] = 4.95) 2) กลยุทธ์การบริหารเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนประถมศึกษาใน โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วยกลยุทธ์หลัก 3 กลยุทธ์เรียงตามลำดับความสำคัญ คือ(1)กลยุทธ์การประเมินผลเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ (2) กลยุทธ์การนำแผนสู่การปฏิบัติเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ และ (3) กลยุทธ์การวางแผนเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of the research were 1) to study the current and desirable states of management strategies for developing desirable characteristics of elementary school students in schools under the office of basic education commission 2) to develop management strategies for developing desirable characteristics of elementary school students in schools under the office of basic education commission. Samples consisted of 1,564 individuals from 396 schools under the basic education commission. Informants included administrators, vice administrators or head of student activities, classroom teachers, and chairmen of school under the basic education commission. A descriptive research method was used. The research instruments were questionnaires and structured questions for interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics to acquire frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis and a Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) to prioritize needs. The findings were: 1) The overall of current management for developing desirable characteristics of elementary school students was at a moderate level ([mean] = 2.67) - - planning ([mean] = 2.82), implementation ([mean] = 2.64), and evaluation ([mean] = 2.51) and the overall desirable management for developing desirable characteristics of elementary school students was at the highest level([mean] = 4.95) - - implementation([mean] = 4.97), planning([mean] = 4.95),and evaluation([mean] = 4.95) 2)There were 3 strategies for developing desirable characteristics: 1. Evaluation strategy to develop desirable characteristics. 2. Implementation strategy to develop desirable characteristics and 3.Planning strategy to develop desirable characteristics. |
