| Abstract: | กรุงเทพมหานครมีการขยายตัวของพื้นที่เมืองตามสภาวะการเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจ และสังคม โดยการเติบโตของเมืองได้ขยายตัวออกจากเขตชั้นใน ไปยังเขตต่อเมือง และต่อเนื่องออกไปถึงชานเมือง จากสภาวะดังกล่าวได้ส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อลักษณะการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินในพื้นที่ แขวงดินแดง และแขวงห้วยขวาง ซึ่งตั้งอยู่บริเวณรอยต่อระหว่างเขตเมืองชั้นในและชั้นกลาง โดยมีการใช้ที่ดินในเชิงพาณิชยกรรมและ ที่พักอาศัยปะปนกัน เป็นพื้นที่มีความแออัดของประชากรที่พักอาศัยอยู่ ส่งผลให้มีความต้องการพื้นที่นันทนาการเพื่อการพักผ่อนหย่อนใจสูงมาก ในขณะเดียวกันก็มีความต้องการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินในเชิง พาณิชยกรรม ซึ่งมีผลตอบแทนทางเศรษฐกิจที่ดีกว่าพื้นที่นันทนาการ การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินและความสัมพันธ์ของการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินประเภทต่างๆ ในแขวงดินแดง และแขวงห้วยขวาง กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินเพื่อการนันทนาการ โดยศึกษาการกระจายตัวของที่ตั้งเพื่อกิจกรรมนันทนาการ กิจกรรมการใช้ ที่ดินประเภทนันทนาการ ตลอดจนปัญหาและความต้องการในการใช้พื้นที่ของผู้ใช้บริการ เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการวางแผนพัฒนาพื้นที่นันทนาการให้เหมาะสม วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 2 ขั้นตอน คือ การสำรวจภาคสนามและการสังเกตการณ์โดยผู้วิจัย และการทำแบบสอบถามประชาชนที่พักอาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ศึกษาและเข้ามาใช้บริการพื้นที่นันทนาการในพื้นที่ศึกษา โดยสอบถามถึงความต้องการในการใช้พื้นที่นันทนาการ ประเภทการให้บริการของพื้นที่นันทนาการ และพฤติกรรมการใช้พื้นที่นันทนาการประเภทต่างๆ จากการศึกษาพบว่าพื้นที่นันทนาการในแขวงดินแดง และแขวงห้วยขวาง ประสบปัญหา ในเรื่องความไม่เพียงพอตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน การกระจายตัวไม่ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ ความไม่เพียงพอของสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก พื้นที่นันทนาการที่มีอยู่ถูกทิ้งให้เสื่อมโทรมจนเป็นแหล่งมั่วสุม หรือปล่อยให้ภาคเอกชนบุกรุกเข้าไปใช้ประโยชน์อย่างผิดวัตถุประสงค์ เป็นผลทำให้พื้นที่นันทนาการขาดความปลอดภัยและไม่น่าเข้าไปใช้บริการ จากปัญหาที่พบ การศึกษาได้เสนอแนะแนวทางการวางแผนพัฒนาพื้นที่นันทนาการ โดยการค้นหาที่ว่างเพื่อจัดสร้างพื้นที่นันทนาการเพิ่มเติมโดยให้มีรัศมีบริการครบคลุมไปถึงบริเวณที่ขาดแคลนพื้นที่นันทนาการ การปรับปรุงพื้นที่นันทนาการเดิมที่มีอยู่ให้มีความสวยงาม มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทันสมัย ครบถ้วน และควบคุมไม่ให้เป็นแหล่งมั่วสุมเพื่อความปลอดภัย รวมทั้งป้องกันการบุกรุกเข้าไปใช้ประโยชน์อย่างผิดวัตถุประสงค์ |
| Other Abstract: | Bangkok Metropolitan has spread its urban area rapidly regarding to economic growth and social conditions. The urban areas has spread from the inner core to the urban fringe. This conditions have directly affected on the land use in Din Daeng and Huai Khwang sub-districts, located on the border between inner and central urban parts. Most of the land is for both commerce and residential purposes. This areas has high population density. Thus, there is a large demand of recreational areas for people while the need of the commercial land use still appears because the return profit on economic scale. The purpose of this study is to (1) study the land use and the relationship of the different types of land uses in Din Daeng and Huai Khwang sub-districts, Bangkok, especially the land use for recreation, (2) Study the scattered locations for recreational activities, land use activity for recreation purposes, and problems and the needs of recreational areas and services. (3) Propose the suitable development guidelines for recreational areas. The research methodology includes 2 steps : Field survey and distribute the questionnaire to the resident and people using recreational areas. The questionnaire covers the purpose recreational areas, type of recreational areas and land use behavior. The study found that the recreational areas in Din Daeng and Huai Khwang sub-districts are not enough to serve the residents regarding to the common standard. The residents scattering is not through out the areas. There are not enough facilities. The existing recreational areas are abandoned negligently or some individuals trespass to use the area for their own benefit. As a result, it makes the recreational areas lack of safety and unattractive. From existing problem, the study recommended 2 the development guidelines: (1) Searching for vacant space to increase more recreational areas within walking distance. (2) Maintaining existing recreational areas clean, well-equipped and safe. |
