| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งในการมองโลก และเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตของ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งในการมองโลกและกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน จำนวน 50 คน แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มทดลอง 25 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 25 คน โดยการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์จากผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน อำเภอ คลองหาด จังหวัดสระแก้ว เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งในการมองโลก ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้แนวคิดความเข้มแข็งในการมองโลก ของ Antonovsky (1982) ประกอบด้วย 6 กิจกรรม เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิต กำกับการทดลองคือ แบบประเมินความเข้มแข็งในการมองโลก โดยเครื่องมือทุกชุดได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช จำนวน 5 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินทั้ง 2 ฉบับ เท่ากับ .81 และ .83 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติทดสอบที(t-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนหลังได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งในการมองโลกสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าโปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนหลังการทดลองของกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งในการมองโลกสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this quasi-experimental study were to compare quality of life of schizophrenic patients’ caregivers in community before and after received sense of coherence promoting program and to compare the quality of life of schizophrenic patients’ caregivers in community between schizophrenic patients’ caregivers in community who received sense of coherence promoting program and those who received regular caring activities. The fifty samples were schizophrenic patients’ caregivers living in community, Sakaeo province. The samples were randomly assigned into experimental group and control group by 25 subjects for each group. The instruments consisted of sense of coherence promoting program which was constructed by researcher using Antonovsky (1982) concept which comprised of six stages of activities for developing quality of life. The instruments for evaluation of the program were sense of coherence questionnaire and the quality of life questionnaire. These instruments were tested for content validity by five experts and were tested for reliability by alpha Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The reliability of scales were .83 and .81, respectively. Data was analyzed using descriptive and t-test statistics. Major finding were as follows: 1. Quality of live of schizophrenic patients’ caregivers in community who received the sense of coherence promoting program after experiment was significantly higher than before experiment, at the .05 level. 2) After the experiment, quality of live of schizophrenic patients’ caregivers in community who received the sense of coherence promoting program was significantly higher than those of caregivers who participated in regular caring activities, at the .05 level. | en_US |
