| Abstract: | ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะผู้นำ กับประสิทธิผลภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในกรุงเทพมหานคร ศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นำที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในกรุงเทพมหานคร และเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ในคุณลักษณะผู้นำ และประสิทธิผลภาวะผู้นำระหว่างผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบแบบสอบถามได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจำนวน 94 คนและครู จำนวน 306 คน จากโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 120 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามสำหรับผู้บริหารและครู เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะผู้นำและประสิทธิผลภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในกรุงเทพมหานคร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Window 11.5 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการทดสอบค่าที สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะผู้นำได้แก่ คุณลักษณะทางบุคลิภาพ คุณลักษณะทางแรงจูงใจ และคุณลักษณะทางทักษะ มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลภาวะผู้นำ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีระดับความสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.83 2. ชุดตัวแปรคุณลักษณะผู้นำสามารถร่วมกับอธิบายความแปรปรวน ของตัวแปรประสิทธิผลภาวะผู้นำได้ 72% (R = 0.848, R2 = 0.720) โดย ตัวแปรที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลภาวะผู้นำ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะทางแรงจูงใจ และคุณลักษณะทางทักษะ โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยเท่ากับ 0.266 และ 0.627 ตามลำดับ ส่วนตัวแปรคุณลักษณะทางบุคลิภาพไม่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลภาวะผู้นำ ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณสามารถนำมาสร้างสมการถดถอย ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ ^Z Effect = -0.013Z Person + 0.022*Z Motive + 0.627*Z Skill 3) ค่าเฉลี่ยของตัวแปรคุณลักษณะผู้นำ และตัวแปรประสิทธิผลภาวะผู้นำระหว่างผู้บริหารและครู แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | To study the relationship between leader traits and leadership effectiveness of school administrators of school in Bangkok metropolis under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Basic Education. To study leader traits which affecting leadership effectiveness of school administrators of school in Bangkok Metropolis under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Basic Education. And to compare study for perception in leader traits and leadership effectiveness between the school administrators and teachers of school in Bangkok Metropolis under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Basic Education. Study population and sample consisted of 94 school administrators and 306 teachers from 120 secondary schools. Resreach instruments were questionnaires for school administrators and teachers about leader traits and leadership effectiveness. Data were analyzed by using SPSS for Window 11.5 program descriptive statistic by mean, standard deviation, t-test, Peason's product monent correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows 1. There were positive at .05 level between traits (personality, motivation, and skills) and leadership effectiveness, at high level (r=0.83). 2. Leader traits (personality, motivation and skills) could predict leadership effectiveness at .05 level. The predictors accounted for 72% (R = 0.848, R2 = 0.720) of the variances and leader traits which effecting leadership effectiveness at .05 level were motivation and skill. The function derived form the analysis are as follows: ^Zeffect = -0.013Z person + 0.266*Z motive + 0.627*Z skill. 3. Mean of leader trails and leadership effectiveness were singnificantly different between school administrators and teachers at .05 level. |
