| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามแนวคิด ซีอาร์พี 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามแนวคิด ซีอาร์พี ของโรงเรียนต้นแบบ 3) เพื่อพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามแนวคิด ซีอาร์พี โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ในการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณมีหน่วยในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นโรงเรียนเครือข่ายในโครงการวิจัยบูรณาการการเปลี่ยนผ่านการศึกษาเข้าสู่ยุคเศรษฐกิจฐานความรู้ 27 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครู เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และModified Priority Need Index (PNI Modified) แล้วนำข้อมูลมาจัดทำยุทธศาสตร์ด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ SWOT กำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ ตรวจสอบยุทธศาสตร์โดยใช้แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของยุทธศาสตร์ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านการบริหารการศึกษา จำนวน 5 ท่าน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านด้านการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวคิด ซีอาร์พี 5 ท่าน ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียจากการบริหารการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และนักวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามแนวคิด ซีอาร์พี จำนวน 5 ท่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันของผู้เรียน ด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ 4 ร. ของผู้เรียนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.08) สภาพปัจจุบันของการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนแบบซีอาร์พี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.98) สภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนโดยสอดคล้องกับหลักซีอาร์พี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.94) ภาพรวมของสภาพปัจจุบันในการบริหารโรงเรียน เพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามแนวคิดซีอาร์พีโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.02) 2. สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามแนวคิด ซีอาร์พี อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.50) ค่า PNI ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนที่สอดคล้องกับหลักซีอาร์พี สำหรับผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพบว่าค่าความต้องการจำเป็นที่ต้องเร่งพัฒนา 4 อันดับแรกคือ 1. การประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการกับสถานศึกษา และองค์กรอื่นในการส่งเสริมการใช้แนวคิดซีอาร์พี เป็นอันดับแรก (PNI=0.28) 2.การพัฒนา และส่งเสริมให้มีแหล่งเรียนรู้ ในการสนับสนุนการใช้แนวคิดซีอาร์พี และ การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานวิชาการแก่บุคคล ครอบครัว องค์กร หน่วยงาน สถานประกอบการ และสถาบันอื่นที่จัดการศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการใช้แนวคิดซีอาร์พี (PNI=0.18) 3. การพัฒนาหรือการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้ความเห็นการพัฒนาสาระหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นโดยการใช้แนวคิดซีอาร์พี (PNI=0.17) 4. การนิเทศการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมให้ครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจและนำแนวคิดซีอาร์พีไปใช้ (PNI=0.16) 3. ยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามแนวคิดซีอาร์พี ประกอบด้วยยุทธศาสตร์หลัก 4 ยุทธศาสตร์ ยุทธศาสตร์รอง 9 ยุทธศาสตร์ และกิจกรรมเสริม 20 วิธีการ ยุทธศาสตร์หลักมีดังนี้ 1) เครือข่ายเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ในผู้เรียนโดยใช้แนวคิดซีอาร์พี 2) สร้างนวัตกรรมการจัดการความรู้เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการนิเทศการศึกษาให้เกิดการพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามแนวคิดซีอาร์พี 3) การสร้างความมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างโรงเรียน ชุมชน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ผู้นำชุมชน ในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามแนวคิดซีอาร์พีในหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น 4) การวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้วยแนวคิดซีอาร์อย่างต่อเนื่องโดยคณะกรรมการวิชาการของโรงเรียน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were 1. To study the current situation of the desirable environment for School management for the desirable characteristic students based on CRP concept. 2. To study the pathway of School management for develop the desirable characteristic students based on CRP concept in the selected schools. 3. To develop the strategies in School management for develop the desirable characteristic students based on CRP concept by using the integrating research in both quantity and quality research. For the quantity research, 27 schools in Thailand that are part of The research for integrated transforming education into Knowledge academy are selected for profoundly analysis. The data providers are School executives and teachers. Also, Questionnaires and interviews are the main tools to collect need data. Furthermore, frequency, Percentages, average, standard deviation and Modified Priority Need Index (PNI Modified) are the essential statistics to find SWOT in order to direct the desirable strategies. Finally, the strategies will be evaluated by 5 educational experts, 5 CRP concept experts and the 5 education related personnels, for example, School executives, teachers and CRP academicians. In the final outcome, the researcher can conclude that 1. In general, The 4 proper qualities in student’s current situation is in impressive scale (Total average = 4.08), the CRP concept approach in the current education is in average (Total average = 3.98), Educational and school management based on CRP concept is in average (Total average = 3.94) and the overall scale in school management with the CRP desirable characteristic students is, also, in average (Total average = 4.02) 2. The desirable environment in School management for the desirable characteristic students based on CRP concept is in the high scale (total average = 4.50). The PNI in CRP concept of School management for School executives is necessary develop in 4 majors topics which are; 1. Cooperate between academicians and schools and also with other related organizations to increase CRP concept (PNI = 0.28) 2. Develop and support new learning resources in order to increase CRP concept in educational field (PNI = 0.18) 3. Develop local learning curriculum based on CRP concept (PNI = 0.17) 4. Supervise and support teachers and tutors to gain more knowledge and more understanding in CRP concept in order to integrate into teaching skill. (PNI = 0.16) 3. The CRP desirable characteristic student in School management categories into 4 main strategies, 9 secondary strategies and 20 supportive activities 1. The CRP desirable Characteristic students network 2. The learning management innovation as a core tool to supervise educational system to emerge the CRP concept among students. 3. Create the corporation between School, community, School executives and community leader to support CRP as pert of local learning curriculum. 4. The CRP concept long term plan should be set up by The School committees. |
