| Abstract: | การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบรรยายประสบการณ์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลระหว่างสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบทางการเมือง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานช่วงสถานการณ์ดังกล่าว จำนวน 14 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและบันทึกภาคสนาม นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาถอดความแบบคำต่อคำและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามวิธีการของ Crist and Tanner ผลการศึกษา มีดังนี้ 1. รบกวนการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อย คือ 1.1) ถูกริดรอนพื้นที่ทำกิจวัตรประจำวัน 1.2) อาหารนั้นหาซื้อลำบาก อดอยากต้องอดทนไว้ และ 1.3) เสียงดังมากเกินไป นอนหลับไม่ได้ พักผ่อนไม่เพียงพอ 2. ทำงานในโรงพยาบาล สถานการณ์ไม่น่าไว้วางใจ กลัวอันตรายจะเกิดขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 4 ประเด็นย่อย คือ 2.1) กลัวผู้ป่วยไม่ปลอดภัย 2.2) กลัวตัวเองได้รับอันตราย กลัวตาย กลัวถูกลูกหลง 2.3) ถูกคุกคามทางเพศด้วยวาจา เกิดความกลัวว่าอาจไม่ปลอดภัย และ 2.4) กลัวทางบ้านเป็นห่วง ต้องพูดปดไปให้ทางบ้านสบายใจ 3. เกิดความยากลำบากในการทำงาน ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อย คือ 3.1) ชุลมุนวุ่นวาย ย้ายผู้ป่วยออกจากที่อันตราย ไปยังสถานที่ปลอดภัย 3.2) เตรียมสถานที่รองรับผู้บาดเจ็บจากการชุมนุม และ 3.3) ทำงานในสถานที่ใหม่ ข้าวของเครื่องใช้ไม่พร้อม ดูแลผู้ป่วยได้ไม่เต็มที่ 4. บรรยากาศโรงพยาบาลเปลี่ยนไป จากโรงพยาบาลใหญ่กลายเป็นโรงพยาบาลร้าง ประกอบด้วย 2 ประเด็นย่อย คือ 4.1) เงียบเหงา อ้างว้าง วังเวง น่ากลัวจนขนลุก และ 4.2) รู้สึกเศร้า สะเทือนใจ โรงพยาบาลไม่มีคนไข้ ไม่มีคนทำงาน 5. เปลี่ยนมุมมองใหม่ มองเหตุการณ์ในทางบวก ประกอบด้วย 4 ประเด็นย่อย คือ 5.1) โรงพยาบาลปิดให้บริการ ได้หยุดงานยาวหลายวัน 5.2) ได้เพื่อนใหม่ ได้เห็นน้ำใจเอื้อเฟื้อแบ่งปัน 5.3) มีขวัญกำลังใจในการทำงาน และ 5.4) เป็นประสบการณ์ เรียนรู้ไว้ เตรียมรับสถานการณ์ได้ในครั้งต่อไป |
| Other Abstract: | The objective of this qualitative research was to describe lived experiences of professional nurses performance in a hospital during the political unrested situation. The provider information is professional nurses who experienced working in this situation in number of 14 people to collect data, by in-depth interviews together with a field-note were employed for data were transcribed verbatim and then analyzed by using content analysis of Crist and Tanner the results were as follows: 1. Daily-Lifestyles disturbance including 3 sub-themes: 1.1) being restricted area for doing daily routine, 1.2) foods being difficult to buy, and 1.3) very noisy, affecting on quality of sleep, doesn’t enough to take a rest. 2. Hospital performance, situation has not disreputable, fearful dangerous being including 4 sub-themes: 2.1) fearful the patients were not safety, 2.2) fearful dangerous to oneself, 2.3) fearful threaten by in speech and fearful that unsafe, 2.4) fearful the family who worried so to talk does not reality. 3. Being the difficulty of working including 3 sub-themes: 3.1) being disorder, very busy with move patients out of dangerous go to safety place, 3.2) providing place for patients from gathering and 3.3) working in new place, insufficient medical equipment's take care the patients not complete. 4. Atmosphere in the hospital to be changing, become to desert hospital including 2 sub-themes: 4.1) lonely and lonesome to be eerie and 4.2) feeling sad, hurt one's sad, due to nobody in hospital. 5. View change to positive thinking including 4 sub-themes: 5.1) hospital service-off ,long-time day-off service, 5.2) have a new friends and to be generous, 5.3) have a morale to working and 5.4) to be experiences, learning, preparation for next situation. |
