| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์การบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีความเป็นเลิศในประเทศไทยตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานรางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติ Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) 2) ประเมินผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีความเป็นเลิศตามเกณฑ์ของ Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) ซึ่งประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบรวม 7 ด้าน แยกเป็นองค์ประกอบด้านกระบวนการ 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการนำองค์การ (2) ด้านการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ (3) ด้านการมุ่งเน้นนักเรียนและผู้ปกครอง (4) ด้านการวัด การวิเคราะห์ และการจัดการความรู้ (5) ด้านการมุ่งเน้นบุคลากรครู (6) ด้านการมุ่งเน้นการดำเนินการ และด้านที่ (7) เป็นผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการดำเนินการเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ โรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาที่ได้รับผลการประเมินจาก สมศ.ครั้งที่ 2 ระดับดีมากทุกมาตรฐาน และโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมที่ได้รับรางวัล สถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทาน จำนวน124 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ และ ครู ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านกระบวนการในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ การนำองค์การ รองลงมาคือ การวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ การมุ่งเน้นนักเรียนและผู้ปกครอง การมุ่งเน้นบุคลากรครู และการมุ่งเน้นการดำเนินการ ตามลำดับ ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการวัด การวิเคราะห์และการจัดการความรู้ ในการประเมินผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการดำเนินการเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดย ผลลัพธ์ด้านการนำองค์การและการปกครอง เป็นองค์ประกอบที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ผลลัพธ์ด้านการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนและกระบวนการทำงาน ผลลัพธ์ด้านการมุ่งเน้นบุคลากรครู ผลลัพธ์ด้านงบประมาณ การเงิน และการตลาด และผลลัพธ์ด้านการมุ่งเน้นนักเรียนและผู้ปกครอง เป็นองค์ประกอบที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of the research were to 1) analize the educational administration of excellent private schools in Thailand based on Malcom Baldrige national quality award criteria for performance excellence, 2) evaluate the Results from the administrated toward Thailand excellent private schools. There are 7 categories in the structure which are 6 in processes and 1 in result. 1) Leadership 2) Straegic planning 3) Customer Focus 4) Measurement , Analysis and Knowledge Management 5) Workforce Focus 6) Operations Focus and 7) Results. The study population were 124 schools. (1) the private primary schools which have evaluated by the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (Public Organization) and collected excellent scores in all standards (2) the private school which have won the School Royal Award. in primary level. The researcher collected data questionnaire which questioned directors, deputy directors, and teachers in those schools. The analysis used statistics from frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. According to the research results, there are 2 main findings. 1) The management toward excellent private school based on Malcom Baldrige criteria for performance excellent; the highest average income was Leadership. The second highest was Strategic planning. The next high were Customer Focus, the Workforce Focus, and the Operation Focus accordingly. The less average income is Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management. 2) The highest average in the evaluate of the Results categories was Leadership and Governance Results. The second highest was Student Learning and Process Results. The next high were Workforce-Focused Results and Budgetary, Financial, and Market Results in order.
