dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลิกภาพห้าองค์ประกอบ ทุนทางจิตวิทยา และความสุขของนิสิต นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนิสิตปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 4 จำนวน 160 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการคัดเลือกแบบรายสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย คือ มาตรวัดบุคลิกภาพแบบ 5 องค์ประกอบ มาตรวัดทุนทางจิตวิทยา และมาตรวัดความสุข การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบใส่ตัวแปรทุกตัวเข้าไปในสมการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บุคลิกภาพแบบการเปิดเผยตนเอง การมีจิตสำนึก ความเป็นมิตร การเปิดรับประสบการณ์ มีสหสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสุขของนิสิต นักศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 (r = .48, p < .01; r = .52, p < .01; r = .38, p < .01; r = .37, p < .01 ตามล าดับ) 2. บุคลิกภาพแบบไม่มั่นคงทางอารมณ์ มีสหสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความสุขของนิสิต นักศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = - .54, p < .01) 3. ทุนทางจิตวิทยา มีสหสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสุขของนิสิต นักศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .67, p < .01) 4. บุคลิกภาพทั้ง 5 องค์ประกอบและ ทุนทางจิตวิทยาสามารถร่วมกันทำนายความแปรปรวนของความสุขของนิสิต นักศึกษาร้อยละ 55 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 โดยที่ตัวแปรทุนทางจิตวิทยามีน้ำหนักในการทำนายสูงที่สุด (β = .37, p < .01) และรองลงมา คือ บุคลิกภาพแบบไม่มั่นคงทางอารมณ์ (β = - .22, p < .01)	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The study aimed to examine relationships among five personality dimensions, psychological capital, and happiness. Participants were 160 undergraduate students. They were selected conveniently. Instruments were Big Five Scale, Psychological Capital Scale, Happiness Scale. Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis with enter method were used to analyse the data. Findings revealed as below. 1. Extraversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness and openness to experience were significantly and positively correlated with happiness of undergraduate students (r = .48, p < .01; r = .52, p < .01; r = .38, p < .01; r = .37, p < .01 respectively) 2. Neuroticism was significantly and negatively correlated with happiness of undergraduate students (r = -.54, p < .01) 3. Psychological capital was significantly and positively correlated with happiness of undergraduate students (r = .67, p < .01) 4. Five personality dimensions and psychological capital significantly predicted student’s happiness and accounted for 55 percent of the total variance of happiness. The most significant predictors of happiness was psychological capital (β = 0.38, p < .01), followed by neuroticism (β = -0.23, p < .01), and extraversion (β = 0.15, p < .01).	en_US
