| Abstract: | ศึกษา วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน ครูโสตทัศนศึกษาและ/หรือครูคอมพิวเตอร์ เกี่ยวกับแฟ้มสะสมผลงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน เพื่อประกอบการประเมินผลการเรียนของนักเรียน และนำเสนอรูปแบบแฟ้มสะสมงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษา เพื่อใช้ประกอบการประเมินผลการเรียนของนักเรียน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้หลักทฤษฎีรูปแบบการสร้างเครือข่ายของ Robin Fogarty รูปแบบระบบทางการสอนของ Dick & Carey และแนวคิดขั้นตอนกระบวนการทำแฟ้มสะสมผลงาน ของสำนักงานทดสอบทางการศึกษา กรมวิชาการ มาประยุกต์เพื่อพัฒนาเป็นรูปแบบของแฟ้มสะสมผลงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านนโยบายและหลักสูตรประถมศึกษา ด้านแฟ้มสะสมผลงาน ด้านอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และคอมพิวเตอร์จำนวน 8 คน (2) ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน ครูโสตทัศนศึกษา และ/หรือครูคอมพิวเตอร์ระดับประถมศึกษา จำนวน 398 คน และ (3) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินรูปแบบแฟ้มสะสมผลงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามปลายปิดและปลายเปิด และแบบประเมินรูปแบบแฟ้มสะสมผลงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ มีนโยบายสนับสนุนให้จัดทำแฟ้มสะสมผลงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีความพร้อมด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ครูผู้สอนมีความสามารถใช้โปรแกรมประยุกต์พื้นฐานได้ และได้นำแฟ้มสะสมผลงานมาใช้ในการเรียนการสอนมาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี และเห็นว่ารูปแบบของแฟ้มสะสมผลงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษา ที่จะใช้ประกอบการประเมินผลการเรียนของนักเรียน มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก (2) รูปแบบแฟ้มสะสมงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษา ที่นำเสนอประกอบด้วย 8 ขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้ (2.1) กำหนดเป้าหมาย (2.2) เลือกสื่อ (2.3) ผลิตและรวบรวมผลงานหรือชิ้นงาน (4) จัดเก็บผลงานหรือชิ้นงาน (2.5) ผลงานหรือชิ้นงาน (6) ประเมินผลงานหรือชิ้นงาน (7) ปรับปรุงผลงานหรือชิ้นงาน และ (8) เผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์ |
| Other Abstract: | To study, to analyze and to synthesize opinions of experts, administrators, teachers, audio-visual teachers and/or computer teachers concerning electronic portfolios to accompany the evaluation of student's learning for elementary students in the elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Private Education Commission; and to propose an electronic portfolios model to accompany the evaluation of student's learning for elementary students. Robin Fogarty's Webbed Model Theory, Dick & Carey's a Systems Approach Model for Designing Instruction, and the Thinking Process for developing the Portfolios of the Office of Educational Testing Service under the Department of Curriculum and Instruction Development were applied in the developing of an electronic portfolios model. Subjects employed in the study composed of (1) Eight specialists in policy and elementary curriculum, electronic portfolios, and computer (2) Three hundred and ninety eight persons composed of administrators, teachers, audio-visual teachers and/or computer teacher in elementary levels (3) Five experts to evaluate the proposed electronic portfolios model. Interview, open and closed questionnaire, and model-evaluation forms for electronic portfolios were used in the study. The findings revealed that (1) Most of elementary schools had the policy to support the developing of electronic portfolios, they were ready in terms of computer and electronic media. Teachers were able to use basic application programs and had been using portfolios in their instructions for more than two years. Their evaluations on the proposed electronic portfolios to accompany the evaluation of student's leaning for elementary students were appropriate and at the "high" level. (2) The proposed electronic portfolios model for elementary students were presented in the semantic model which composed of 8 steps as followings (2.1) specify the goals (2.2) select the media (2.3) produce and collect the products (2.4) store up the products (2.5) the products (2.6) evaluate the products (2.7) revise the products (2.8) diffuse and publicize the products. |
