| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นของผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยทารกและผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยเตาะแตะในการอบรมเลี้ยงดูเด็กในสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็ก 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการอบรมเลี้ยงดูเด็กของผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยทารกและผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยเตาะแตะในสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็ก กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยทารกและผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยเตาะแตะ ในสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็ก จำนวน 496 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยทารก แบบสอบถามผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยเตาะแตะ แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็ก และแนวคำถามสำหรับการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified) ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยทารกมีความต้องการจำเป็นได้รับการพัฒนาด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ปกครองมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการวางแผนการจัดกิจกรรม และด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคม 2. ผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยเตาะแตะมีความต้องการจำเป็นได้รับการพัฒนา ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมพัฒนาการและการเรียนรู้มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านการวางแผนการจัดกิจกรรม และด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ปกครอง 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการอบรมเลี้ยงดูเด็กของผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยทารกและวัยเตาะแตะที่สอดคล้องกันคือ การแนะนำการอบรมเลี้ยงดูเด็กจากครูหรือผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีประสบการณ์เชี่ยวชาญ และการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ นอกจากนี้ยังมีแนวทางการพัฒนาอื่น ได้แก่ การวางนโยบาย และการสนับสนุนจัดหาสื่อส่งเสริมความรู้จากผู้บริหาร |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this research were 1) to assess the needs for educaring of infant caregivers and toddler caregivers in child care center, 2) to propose approaches to develop educare program for infant caregivers and toddler caregivers in child care center. This study collected data from 496 caregivers of infants and toddlers. Research instruments used for gathering data were; a questionnaire for infant caregivers, a questionnaire for toddler caregivers; an interview of child care center administrators, and a questioning approach for focus group technique. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean standard deviation, content analysis and setting priority in terms of needs using Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified). The research findings were as follows; 1. Infant caregivers needed to be trained in the area of building relationship with parent at the most, followed by activity planning and social environmental arrangement. 2. Toddler caregivers needed to be trained in the area of activity implementation at the most, followed by planning activity and building relationship with parent. 3) The approach to develop Infant caregivers and toddler caregivers educare program was similar in the advise on educaring from skilled teachers or caregivers and workshop. Moreover, there were other approaches including administrator’s policy and supporting knowledge enriching media . |
