| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับการจัดการเวลาของครูเมื่อจำแนกตามภูมิหลัง 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการจัดการเวลาของครู และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการจัดการเวลาของครู ดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธี รูปแบบ explanatory sequential design ประกอบด้วย 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนแรกศึกษาข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 304 ฉบับจากตัวอย่างครูสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 17 โรงเรียน ขั้นตอนที่สองศึกษาข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยนำผลการศึกษาจากข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณตอนที่ 1 มาพิจารณาคัดเลือกตัวอย่างผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ที่มีการจัดการเวลาระดับต่ำและสูง ระดับละ 12 คน รวม 24 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติบรรยาย และความแปรปรวนทางเดียว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ครูมีการจัดการเวลาโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X= 3.449 ,SD = 0.420) และเมื่อพิจารณาภูมิหลัง พบว่า ระดับการจัดการเวลาของครูแตกต่างกันตามอายุและประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยครูที่มีอายุมากกว่า 50 ปี และมีประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 35 ปี มีระดับการจัดการเวลาสูงกว่าเมื่อเทียบกับครูที่มีอายุและประสบการณ์การทำงานในช่วงอื่น 2. สภาพปัญหาการจัดการเวลาของครูได้แก่ 1) ปัญหาจากตนเอง แบ่งเป็น 4 ด้าน คือ ลักษณะนิสัยที่ไม่เหมาะสม การขาดทักษะการทำงาน การอาศัยความช่วยเหลือจากเพื่อนร่วมงาน และการประสานงานครู 2) ปัญหาจากบุคคลอื่น คือ การมอบหมายงานของฝ่ายบริหารที่ไม่เหมาะสม และ 3) ปัญหาจากงบประมาณของโรงเรียน คือ การขาดแคลนวัสดุอุปกรณ์ 3. แนวทางการจัดการเวลาของครูได้แก่ 1) การวางแผนและกำหนดเป้าหมาย แบ่งเป็น 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน และด้านการกำหนดเป้าหมาย 2) การลำดับความสำคัญของงาน 3) การควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้บรรลุตามเวลา แบ่งเป็น 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการกำกับเวลา และด้านการจัดการอุปสรรคในการใช้เวลา และ 4) แนวคิดบวกในการทำงาน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research were 1) to study and to compare the time management of teachers under different background, 2) to study problems of time management of teachers, and 3) to present guidelines of time management of teachers. In the present study, explanatory sequential (quan QUAL) instrument mixed method research design involved 2 phases. The first was to conduct quantitative data analysis by collecting 304 questionnaires from 17 schools in the secondary educational service area office of Bangkok. The second was to conduct qualitative data analysis by selecting those in the first step to participate in interviews about problems and guideline of time management of teacher ; which were divided into a high level and low level. (Twelve teachers were assigned to interviews in each level.)The quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA, while the qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis. the research finding were as follows: 1. Time management efficiency of teachers in Bangkok is medium (X= 3.449 , SD = 0.420) and consider background, time management of teacher level were different among age and experience of work, at a statistical difference of .05. Teachers older than 50 years and more than 35 years of experience have the highest time management level when compared with the age and experience of the other teachers. 2. Problems of time management of teachers are as follows: 1) personal problems were divided into 4 dimensions; inappropriate habit style, The lack of work skills, the assistance from colleagues and The coordination of teachers. 2) the other ‘ problems; The impropriety administration of head. 3) environmental problems; the shortage of materials and equipments. 3. Guidelines of time management of teachers are as follows: 1) planning and goal setting 2) work prioritization 3) control work process to be punctual were divided into 2 dimensions; superintend of time and obstracle management 4) positive thinking in work. |
