| Abstract: | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากรณีศึกษาที่ดีในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติของชุมชนบริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเล 2) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติของชุมชนบริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเลและ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติของชุมชนบริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเล โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 4 กลุ่ม คือ 1) ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรฝ่ายการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง ของกรมทรัพยากรทางทะเล ชายฝั่งทะเลและป่าชายเลน 2) องค์กรพัฒนาเอกชนในการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง 3) อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยและ 4) ประชาชนในชุมชนที่อาศัยอยู่บริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเล โดยผู้วิจัยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสังเกต แบบสัมภาษณ์ และจัดการสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อให้ได้แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติของชุมชนบริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรณีศึกษาที่ดีในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติของชุมชนบริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเล ในด้านสภาพของบริบทพื้นที่ของชุมชนบริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเล รูปแบบกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ปะการังของชุมชนบริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเลและปัญหาของกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ปะการังของชุมชนบริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเล จำนวน 3 พื้นที่ ได้แก่ ชุมชนบริเวณเกาะเสม็ด จังหวัดระยอง อุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเลเขาแหลมหญ้า-เกาะเสม็ด ชุมชนบริเวณเกาะหวาย จังหวัดตราด อุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเลเกาะช้าง และชุมชนบริเวณเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี อุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเลหมู่เกาะอ่างทอง พบว่า สภาพบริพื้นที่ของชุมชนทั้ง 3 พื้นที่มีลักษณะเหมือนกัน คือ มีน้ำทะเลใส มีแนวปะการังที่สวยงาม มีความสมบูรณ์ของแนวปะการัง มีหาดทรายขาว เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยอดนิยมของนักท่องเที่ยว ส่วนในเรื่องของรูปแบบกิจกรรมนั้นชุมชนทั้ง 3 พื้นที่มีลักษณะที่คล้ายกันอยู่ 2 พื้นที่ คือ ชุมชนบริเวณเกาะเสม็ด จังหวัดระยอง อุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเลเขาแหลมหญ้า-เกาะเสม็ดและชุมชนบริเวณเกาะหวาย จังหวัดตราด อุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเลเกาะช้างที่มีรูปแบบกิจกรรมในการอนุรักษ์ปะการังโดยการปลูกปะการังในท่อพีวีซีที่เหมือนกัน แต่สิ่งที่แตกต่างในเรื่องกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ปะการังที่มีในเกาะหวาย คือ การมีศูนย์อนุรักษ์ทางทะเล ที่มูลนิธิวัฒนธรรมและการศึกษานานาชาติ (International Cultural and Education Foundation : ICEF) ให้นักท่องเที่ยวหรือบุคคลที่สนใจในเรื่องการอนุรักษ์ปะการังได้ศึกษา เรียนรู้และร่วมกันปลูกปะการัง ส่วนในเรื่องปัญหาของกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ปะการังของชุมชนใน 3 พื้นที่ มีลักษณะที่เหมือนกัน คือ เรื่องการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานของรัฐและการได้รับความร่วมมือของประชนในพื้นที่ 2) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติของชุมชนบริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเล ใน 6 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ 2) ด้านผู้ดำเนินกิจกรรม 3) ด้านเนื้อหากิจกรรม 4) ด้านกิจกรรม 5) ด้านสื่อ และ 6) ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลจากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบว่าความต้องการส่วนใหญ่ในด้านต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ ต้องการความสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานของรัฐในด้านงบประมาณ ด้านความรู้ ด้านสื่อ และด้านการดำเนินกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2) ด้านผู้ดำเนินกิจกรรม ต้องการพัฒนาศักยภาพในด้านการสื่อสาร โดยการใช้แบบประเมิน 3) ด้านเนื้อหากิจกรรม ความต้องให้มีเนื้อหาในแต่ละบริบทของพื้นที่ เช่น จุดเด่น-จุดด้อยของทรัพยากรในแต่ละพื้นที่ 4) ด้านกิจกรรม ต้องการรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่หลากหลายเหมาะสมกับบริบทของพื้นที่ 5) ด้านสื่อ ต้องการสื่อที่มีความทันสมัยทันต่อเหตุการณ์ปัจจุบันและการเพิ่มปริมาณของสื่อในเรื่องของการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง และ 6) ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ต้องการให้มีการวัดการประเมินผลในด้านการอนุรักษ์ปะการังเกิดขึ้นจริงตามลักษณะความเป็นจริงของพื้นที่ 3) นำเสนอแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติของชุมชนบริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติทางทะเล 6 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง 2) ด้านผู้ดำเนินกิจกรรมการจัดกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง 3) ด้านเนื้อหากิจกรรมการจัดกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง 4) ด้านรูปแบบกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง 5) ด้านสื่อในการการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง 6) ด้านการวัดและการประเมินผลกิจกรรมในการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง พบว่าความต้องการส่วนใหญ่ในด้านต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง ต้องการพัฒนาและกำหนดด้านวัตถุประสงค์และการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานของรัฐในด้านงบประมาณ ด้านความรู้ ด้านสื่อ แหล่งเรียนรู้ และด้านการดำเนินกิจกรรม 2) ด้านผู้ดำเนินกิจกรรมการจัดกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง ต้องการสร้างผู้เชี่ยวชาญในพื้นที่ มีการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ ศักยภาพ และการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นภาคีเครือข่าย 3) ด้านเนื้อหากิจกรรมการจัดกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง พัฒนาหลักสูตรระหว่างหน่วยงานของรัฐและประชาชนในการกำหนดรูปแบบให้เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่ 4) ด้านรูปแบบกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง มีรูปแบบกิจกรรมตามวัย มีความหลากหลายเหมาะสมกับบริบทของพื้นที่ 5) ด้านสื่อในการการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง ต้องการสื่อที่มีความทันสมัยทันต่อเหตุการณ์ปัจจุบันและการเพิ่มปริมาณของสื่อในเรื่องของการอนุรักษ์ และมีแหล่งเรียนรู้ 6) ด้านการวัดและการประเมินผลกิจกรรมในการอนุรักษ์ปะการัง ต้องการให้มีการวัดและการประเมินผลในภาคทฤษฎี ภาคปฏิบัติและมีการพัฒนาให้เกิดขึ้นจริง ตามบริบทของพื้นที่ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to: 1) conduct a good case study in organizing learning activities to enhance of nature conservation awareness for communities National Marine Park areas 2) studies on organizing learning activities to enhance of nature conservation awareness for communities National Marine Park areas and 3) to propose guidelines for organizing learning activities to enhance of nature conservation awareness for communities National Marine Park areas. There were four groups: 1) the management and conservation of coral personnel in Department of Marine and Coastal Resources 2) NGOs in the conservation of coral reefs. 3) university professors and 4) individuals in communities who live around National Marine Parks. The researcher used random sampling and data collection by observation, interview and focus group management approach to the guidelines for organizing learning activities to enhance of nature conservation awareness for communities National Marine Park areas. The results showed that: 1) a good case study in the organizing learning activities to enhance of nature conservation awareness for communities National Marine Park areas. Conditions in the context of coral conservation activities model and problem of the coral actives of three communities National Marine Park areas ; Koh Samet, Rayong, National Marine Park Khao Laem Ya - Koh Samet, Koh Wai, Trat, National Marine Park Koh Chang. Koh Samui, Surattani, National Marine Park Angthong. I found that three communities National Marine Park areas, Koh Samet, Rayong, National Marine Park and Khao Laem Ya - Koh Samet Koh Wai, Trat, National Marine Park Koh Chang had the similar activities. Conditions in the context of the using of PVC pipe in plant the coral. Koh Wai, Trat, National Marine Park Koh Chang had deterrent activities, it had International Cultural and Education Foundation: ICEF in order to education, the individual, tourist who interested in coral conservation and coral pant together. In the context of coral conservation activities problem, it found that three communities National Marine Park areas, it lacked and support from the local government. 2) organizing learning activities to enhance of nature conservation awareness for communities National Marine Park, the National Marine Park in six areas: 1) the objectives, 2) the activist 3) the content 4) the activities 5). the media and 6) the measurement and evaluation. The demand in most aspects: 1) the objective needs the support of government agencies in the areas of budget, and media awareness of the activities continued 2) the activist need to improve personality by using assessment 3) the content of events need to contain the context of areas such as strength - weakness of the resources in each area, 4) the activities need to a variety of activities appropriate to the context of the area, 5) the media need to modern of the media events and increasing the amount of media in the conservation of coral and 6) the measurement and evaluation need to evaluation of the conservation of coral by the actual reality of the area. 3) presents organizing learning activities to enhance of nature conservation awareness for communities National Marine Park six aspects: 1) the objectives of the activities to conserve coral, 2) the activist to conserve coral 3) the content to coral conservation activities 4) the activities patterns of the coral 5). the media for the conservation of coral and 6) the measurement and evaluation activities in the conservation of coral. The demand in most aspects: 1) the objectives of the activities to conserve coral need to develop and define the objectives and support of the government budget in the knowledge media sources. And activities, 2) the activist to conserve coral need to create a specialist in the area and development of performance potential and work together as a partnership networks. 3) the content to coral conservation activities need to develop between state agencies and the public in a format appropriate to the area. 4) the activities patterns of the coral with age and appropriate to the context of a variety of areas. 5). the media for the conservation of coral with current and update, increase of media and learning resources of conservation. 6) the measurement and evaluation activities in the conservation of coral need to the measurement and evaluation of the theory, practice and the development of the actual and context of the area. |
