| dc.description.abstract | ศึกษาความเป็นพิษเฉียบพลันของน้ำมันดิบโอมานส่วนที่ละลายน้ำ (WSF) สารเคมีขจัดคราบน้ำมัน Corexit 9527 และสารละลายผสมร่วม ต่อกุ้งกุลาดำ Penaeus monodon ระยะ Postlarva (P[subscript 20]) ด้วยวิธีชีววิเคราะห์แบบน้ำนิ่ง ในห้องปฏิบัติการ ที่อุณหภูมิ 28 ํC ความเค็ม 20 ppt วิเคราะห์ความเป็นพิษในรูปมัธยฐานของระดับความเข้มข้น (LC[subscript 50]) ในเวลา 96 ชั่วโมง ที่ช่วงความเชื่อมั่น 95% พบว่า ค่า 96-h LC[subscript 50] ของน้ำมันดิบส่วนที่ละลายน้ำ และสารเคมีขจัดคราบน้ำมัน มีค่าเท่ากับ 32.93 (29.16-38.40) microgram/l TPH และ 20.83 (19.86-22.03) mg/l ตามลำดับ ส่วนการทดลองหาแนวโน้มความเป็นพิษเฉียบพลันของสารละลายผสมน้ำมันดิบส่วนที่ละลายน้ำและสารเคมีขจัดคราบน้ำมัน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความเป็นพิษด้วย Response surface analysis ความสัมพันธ์ของความเป็นพิษของน้ำมันดิบ ส่วนที่ละลายน้ำและสารเคมีขจัดคราบน้ำมันในสารละลายผสมที่เวลา 96 ชั่วโมง เป็นดังสมการ M[subscript 96] =-51.300 +4.965476 OIL-0.345833 DISP- 0.021259 OIL[superscript 2]-0.102381 DISP*OIL + 0.156250 DISP[superscript 2] นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ลักษณะความเป็นพิษร่วมกันของน้ำมันดิบส่วนที่ละลายน้ำและสารเคมีขจัดคราบน้ำมันในสารละลายผสมไม่แน่นอน โดยที่เวลา 24 ชั่วโมงเป็นแบบเสริมพิษกัน แต่หลังจากนั้นจะไม่เพิ่มความเป็นพิษกัน และอัตราการตายของกุ้งกุลาดำวัยอ่อนจะเพิ่มขึ้นตามระยะเวลาที่รับสาร จากผลการทดลองที่ได้ สามารถประเมินระดับความเข้มข้นที่ปลอดภัย (NOAEL) ของน้ำมันดิบส่วนที่ละลายน้ำ และสารเคมีขจัดคราบน้ำมัน ในสภาพสารละลายเดี่ยวต่อกุ้งกุลาดำวัยอ่อน โดยใช้ค่า safety factor หรือ uncertainty factor พบว่า ค่า NOAEL เท่ากับ 0.33 microgram/l TPH และ 0.21 mg/l ตามลำดับ ส่วนค่าระดับความเข้มข้นที่ปลอดภัยของสารละลายผสมร่วมนั้น ไม่สามารถหาความเข้มข้นที่แน่นอนได้ เนื่องจากค่า 96-h LC[subscript 50] มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามปริมาณน้ำมันดิบส่วนที่ละลายน้ำ และสารเคมีขจัดคราบน้ำมัน ในสารละลายผสม | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Static bioassay tests were conducted to determine acute toxicity of water soluble fraction (WSF) of crude oil (Oman crude oil), dispersant (Corexit 9527) and their mixtures on postlarva stage of black tiger shrimp, Penaeus monodon. Acute toxicity of individual crude oil (WSF) and dispersant was tested to determine median lethal concentration (LC[subscript 50]) with 95% confidence limit at 96 hours. The results showed that 96-h LC[subscript 50] of crude oil (WSF) and dispersant were 32.93 (29.16-38.40) microgram/l TPH and 20.83 (19.86-22.03) mg/l, respectively. Acute toxicity of mixture of crude oil (WSF) and dispersant were analyzed by response surface analysis. Toxicity of their mixture for 96 hours was M[subscript 96] =-51.300 + 4.965476 OIL- 0.345833 DISP-0.021259 OIL[superscript 2]-0.102381 DISP*OIL + 0.156250 DISP[superscript 2]. The combined effect of the mixture of crude oil (WSF) and dispersant exhibited no clear additive effect. The mortality of shrimp increased with exposure time. In addition, noobserved adverse effect levels (NOAEL) based on safety factor or uncertainty factor were calculated. The concentration that no observed adverse effect levels of individual crude oil (WSF) and dispersant on Penaeus monodon were 0.33 microgram/l TPH and 0.21 mg/l, respectively. The NOAEL of mixture of crude oil (WSF) and dispersant were not calculated because 96-h LC[subscript 50] depended on the concentration of crude oil and dispersant in the mixture. | en |
