| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะของบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐในด้านความรู้และทักษะทางเทคโนโลยีเว็บ 2.0 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากบรรณารักษ์ที่ปฏิบัติงานในห้องสมุดกลางของมหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 77 แห่ง รวม 260 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืน 220 ชุด (ร้อยละ 84.61) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะทางเทคโนโลยีเว็บ 2.0 ที่บรรณารักษ์มี ในระดับมาก คือ 1) การส่งข้อความโต้ตอบแบบทันที ความรู้ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ความรู้เรื่องการสนทนา หรือส่ง Emoticons แทนคำพูด และทักษะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ เรื่องการเข้าสู่ระบบและออกจาก 2) บล็อก ความรู้ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ความรู้เรื่องการเข้าสู่ระบบและออกจากระบบ และทักษะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ เรื่องการเข้าสู่ระบบและออกจากระบบ 3) เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ความรู้ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ความรู้เรื่องการเข้าสู่ระบบและออกจากระบบ และทักษะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ เรื่องการเข้าสู่ระบบและออกจากระบบ 4) การกระจายข้อมูลอย่างง่าย/อาร์เอสเอส ความรู้ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ความรู้เรื่องรูป Icon ของอาร์เอสเอส และทักษะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ เรื่องการสมัครบอกรับอาร์เอสเอส 5) ไมโครบล็อก ความรู้ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ความรู้เรื่องการเข้าสู่ระบบและออกจากระบบ และทักษะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ เรื่องการเข้าสู่ระบบและออกจากระบบ และ 6) วิกิ ความรู้ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ความรู้เรื่องความหมายของวิกิ และทักษะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ เรื่องการเข้าสู่ระบบและออกจากระบบ |
| Other Abstract: | The objective of this research was to study competencies of state university librarians in terms of knowledge and skills in Web 2.0 technologies. The questionnaires were used to collect data from 260 librarians working in the central library of 77 state university libraries. Two hundred and twenty questionnaires (84.61 per cent) were returned. The research results are as follows: web 2.0 technology competencies of librarians that are at high level include : 1) For Instant Messaging, knowledge on conversation or sending emoticons and skill in logging in and logging out receive the highest mean score. 2) For Blog, knowledge and skill on logging in and logging out receive the highest mean score. 3) For Social Networking, knowledge and skill on logging in and logging out receive the highest mean score. 4) For Real Simple Syndication : RSS, knowledge on Icon RSS and skill in subscription to RSS receive the highest mean score. 5) For Microblog, knowledge and skill on logging in and logging out receive the highest mean score. and 6) For Wiki, knowledge on meaning of wiki and skill in logging in and logging out receive the highest mean score. |
